Docreed2003's JournalHey RandySF...going to Infinity Wars tonight!!!
Our house is pumped, I'm sure yours is too! Will share my thoughts after the show (spoiler free of course).
Full disclosure...I'm only calling out Randy because I know he's as big of a comic book movie fan as I am!
"Geez dad...I just wanted some bacon..."
My greyhound's sad face when he's told no at breakfast.
"Spread Love" fundraiser for the Waffle House victims
I just posted this in the TN group and thought some of you outside TN might appreciate seeing this as well. I've got zero connection to this company, I just love their shirts and community service.
For those of you in the Nashville area, you may be familiar with or have seen "Project 615" shirts around town. "Project 615" makes incredible quality, fun shirts that celebrate Nashville and Tennessee. (Full disclosure I own several of their shirts and love them). Their theme has been "Spread Love, it's the Nashville Way" and they have lived up to that several times through their philanthropic work in the community. Now, they are raising money for the victims of Sunday morning's Waffle House shooting and all proceeds will go to the victims, 100%.
If you love Nashville, love Waffle House, or just want to spread some love in your own way, please consider this effort.

50 years ago this evening...
As relevant tonight as it was that evening. I would encourage all of you to read the full text of the speech.
Here's an annotated version from NYT:

Sometimes you need to relish the real world....
We had the best day today! Shopping and lunch in East Nashville, afternoon at the Zoo...literally we're leaving as they were closing up! Such a great day! And I didn't think about the Orange bafoon one time, lol! Also, we adopted a white rhino, because my son was adamant we do that!
