Wait a minute, I thought Hillary Clinton and Ted Cruz were the same?

I have been told repeatedly they are in an indirect way, right?

He opposes abortion even in cases of rape and incest

And he would eliminate the payroll taxes that fund popular programs like Social Security and Medicare.

“Cruz would be a disaster with Latinos and nonwhite voters — though he does not say insulting things about women — but his views on choice, gay rights, economic issues are very far right,” said Alan Abramowitz, a political scientist at Emory College.

Weird, so if Bernie loses, not voting for Hillary would be fucking insane, got it.

A statement from Bruce Springsteen on North Carolina

Source: Springsteen website

As you, my fans, know I’m scheduled to play in Greensboro, North Carolina this Sunday. As we also know, North Carolina has just passed HB2, which the media are referring to as the “bathroom” law. HB2 — known officially as the Public Facilities Privacy and Security Act — dictates which bathrooms transgender people are permitted to use. Just as important, the law also attacks the rights of LGBT citizens to sue when their human rights are violated in the workplace. No other group of North Carolinians faces such a burden. To my mind, it’s an attempt by people who cannot stand the progress our country has made in recognizing the human rights of all of our citizens to overturn that progress. Right now, there are many groups, businesses, and individuals in North Carolina working to oppose and overcome these negative developments. Taking all of this into account, I feel that this is a time for me and the band to show solidarity for those freedom fighters. As a result, and with deepest apologies to our dedicated fans in Greensboro, we have canceled our show scheduled for Sunday, April 10th. Some things are more important than a rock show and this fight against prejudice and bigotry — which is happening as I write — is one of them. It is the strongest means I have for raising my voice in opposition to those who continue to push us backwards instead of forwards.

So you say you want a revolution? Alright.

Me too.

So exactly how did you want to go about that?

Will it be easier to do with a Democrat in the White House or a right wing republican?

Only two ways for it to work without Bernie, you elect Hillary and push her to the left, or you elect a republican who will blow up the society, government, absolutely everything and cause tremendous harm and death along the way.

Both ways will ultimately get you there, maybe.

So which one?

Sign up to be a pregnancy checker...New jobs to be offered by US Government.

When the GOP takes over there will be a bunch of new jobs where you will be either a

a. pregnancy checker: your duties revolve around finding women who look pregnant, confront them, demand they provide medical information to see if pregnant, then you tag them and follow them electronically until they give birth

or

b. trans toilet supervisor: your duties are to stand in front of public restrooms with a little tent, everyone who goes in will have to first step into the tent, show their genitals and provide an original birth certificate to determine sexual state

GOP creating new jobs.

Clarence Thomas says one person one vote, no good...

http://thinkprogress.org/justice/2016/04/04/3766153/justice-thomas-thinks-america-is-too-democratic-he-has-a-shockingly-radical-plan-to-fix-it/

The problem with American democracy, according to Justice Clarence Thomas, is that state governments don’t have enough power to manipulate it in order to make some people’s votes count more than others. That’s the theory Thomas laid out Monday in an opinion joined by no other justice.

Go ahead, lecture me some more why more of these type justices are no problem...Because this is what you get with a GOP White House.

Wisconsin Congressman Admits Voter ID Law Will Help GOP Nominee Win In November

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/wisconsin-voter-id-2016_us_5704a2eee4b0a506064d90cf

Kinda like the election is stolen before it even starts.

Right!

In a moment of extraordinary honesty, a GOP congressman from Wisconsin said a new voter ID law will help the eventual Republican presidential nominee win the state in November.

Rep. Glenn Grothman’s prediction, made in response to questions about Tuesday’s primaries in the state, gave credence to critics of voter ID laws who say they are tools used by conservatives to disenfranchise the poor and minorities, many of whom vote for Democrats.

Grothman told WTMJ-4’s Charles Benson that despite past GOP candidates’ poor showings in the Badger State, this year will be different. “Now we have photo ID, and I think photo ID is gonna make a little bit of a difference as well,” he said.

P.S. By all means, continue to argue about whether or not you will vote in November.

Bernie or Bust mostly younger people you think?

Why else would they threaten to stay home? It only makes sense if they are new to this and dont fully comprehend the consequences. And this is not a knock on them, but a wake up call for the rest of us, we got work to do!

If you claim you are a liberal and you say you are Bernie or Bust, what you are saying is you will only proactively vote if you get 100% of what you want, something that NEVER happens EVER in politics.

No rational person or real liberal will debate the fact that there are huge differences, mostly on social issues, between Hillary and the other party, therefore what you are saying is it doesn't matter, either you get ALL of what you want (has never happened in politics, never will) or you walk.

This is why I think so many Bernie supporters, the true Bernie supporters, not the ones who only care about attacking Hillary, are for the most part new at this.

I would be curious to see what age demographics the Bernie or Bust group is broken out.

If you know a younger person who is Bernie or Bust, explain to them how this works, please.

Dont waste your time accusing me of bashing young people, not doing that and if anything I am giving them credit for being engaged, and now they need to know the rest of the story.

If you are an older Bernie or Bust person who fully realizes the consequences, then nothing I say will matter, so I guess I am not talking to you.
