Election Fraud: The 2016 Democratic Primaries (Extensive Post)

Richard Charnin
4/13/2016

Bernie Sanders is leading 50.4-49.6% based on the unweighted average of all 34 caucuses and primaries. Let’s accept the reasonable premise that the primaries have been fraudulent and Sanders won in MO, MA, AZ, OH,IL, IA, and NV. Electoral votes are directly proportional to state voting population. Clinton has won 11 RED states with 160 EV. Sanders won the other 23 states with 188 EV

Based on late exit polls (which had yet to be adjusted to match the recorded vote), Sanders is leading by an unweighted 52.4-47.0%. The lead must be even greater since votes were stolen from Bernie in the RED states. Proof? Check the average 8.7% exit poll margin discrepancy from the recorded votes in the Democratic Primaries spread sheet.

There Is a Moderate Republican in this Race, but She’s Running as a Democrat

In the late 1970s, as large corporations turned into transnational giants, they pumped huge amounts of cash into the political system. This largesse lured, first, the Republican Party, in the 80s, followed by the Democratic Party in the 90s, and precipitated a rightward political shift as both parties rewrote their policies to compete for the same corporate contributions.

Before this, from 1932–1976, the Democratic Party as a whole was far more progressive. The issues and approaches advocated today by Bernie Sanders were considered mainstream Democratic ideas by Franklin D. Roosevelt, John F. Kennedy, and Lyndon Johnson, and even many moderate Republicans. It was common to support strict financial regulation, liberal immigration, social services for the poor, and progressive tax policies.

CNBC: Bernie Sanders doesn’t understand Wall Street—or math

Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders is running an aspirational campaign long on provocative ideas, but short on critical details.

In a recent discussion with The New York Daily News, the Vermont senator showed he doesn't know who has the authority to enact his promise to break up "too big to fail" banks, nor has he studied recent legal precedent which limits the government's ability to do so. This rhetoric over reality is alarming in light of his signature pledge to fund free college with a financial transaction tax on arguably the world's best markets for economic growth and job creation.

Still misrepresenting the critical details, context, and explanation of the NY Daily News interview.

There Is No Bernie Sanders Movement

There are signs, however, that the future holds promise for candidates who want to take up Sanders’ mantle. If there is a major difference between Sanders and previous insurgent candidacies, it’s that his supporters are young...The sheer youth of the Sanders coalition is novel. And it had much to do with the ways Sanders is different from past insurgent candidates.

The truth is, Sanders is less an innovator than a beneficiary of favorable political and technological trends. And for as much as he has pressured Hillary Clinton and the Democratic establishment—forcing both to account for past policies, pulling their positions to the left, and denying them a chance to move to the center for a general election—there’s no indication that his influence will last beyond the campaign.

The energy of the Sanders campaign will almost certainly fade away. But if the voters inspired by Sanders can gather their energy and become a part of the Democratic Party, they can win the influence they need to shift its direction in the long-term. And with their youth, they can play the long game, if they choose to.

Bernie Sanders isn’t leading a new movement, and he doesn’t represent the dawning of liberal ideology. To the extent that there is a movement at all, it is simply a movement to get Sanders elected president. Nothing more and nothing less. This is a classic insurgency, updated for 2016. But that doesn’t mean it’s insignificant. This year, the insurgency is larger than it’s ever been, and that in itself is an opportunity. A chance for the insurgents to play the long game, to co-opt the institutions that have held them back and to emerge as the leaders of a new Democratic Party. Sanders may not be the Democratic nominee, or the president of the United States, but if his supporters take the opportunity, they’ll accomplish what past insurgent candidacies couldn’t, and he’ll stand as a key figure in the origin story of a new, new left.

The amount of contradictory statements in the article is mind boggling.

The correspondence between Secretary Hillary Clinton and Sidney Blumenthal.

The purpose of this article is to shed a spotlight on the email correspondence between Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Sidney Blumenthal, a civilian, during her tenure as Secretary of State. Using https://wikileaks.org/clinton-emails/ and the search terms "Blumenthal confidential", 562 results appeared (this report lists only emails from the first 301 results). While, all the emails are marked "unclassified" they are also marked "confidential" and ostensibly paint a picture of utilizing Sidney Blumenthal as an intelligence source on various state matters.

This is problematic because while the emails were not classified, they show possible damning evidence of corresponding with Mr. Blumenthal, who was then employed by the Clinton Foundation, not the state department, and was not given proper security clearance to pass along sensitive intelligence to Secretary Clinton. In turn, he did not email her without response, she responded regarding these highly sensitive matters. Since, their correspondence is extensive, some emails will be referenced, that were and were not retroactively classified, to highlight her possible violation of state security rules.

Sidney Blumenthal (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sidney_Blumenthal):
Relationship to Secretary of State Clinton:

"After her January 2009 appointment as Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton wanted to hire Blumenthal. However, Obama's chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, blocked his selection due to lingering anger among President Barack Obama's aides over Blumenthal's role in promoting negative stories about Obama during the Democratic primary. According to a report in the New York Times, "Emanuel talked with Mrs. Clinton ... and explained that bringing Mr. Blumenthal on board was a no-go. The bad blood among his colleagues was too deep, and the last thing the administration needed, he concluded, was dissension and drama in the ranks. In short, Mr. Blumenthal was out.

Blumenthal, a longtime confidant of Bill and Hillary Clinton, earned about $10,000 a month as a full-time employee of the Clinton Foundation. During the 2011 uprising in Libya against Muammar Gaddafi, Blumenthal prepared, from public and other sources, about 25 memos which he sent as emails to Clinton in 2011 and 2012, which she shared through her aide, Jake Sullivan, with senior State Department personnel...

The House Select Committee on Benghazi, headed by Representative Trey Gowdy (R-SC) served a subpoena on Blumenthal on May 19, 2015 for a deposition to be held on June 3, according to Reuters. Blumenthal's name came up during the October 22, 2015 full committee public questioning of Hillary Clinton regarding the Benghazi incident, as one of the alleged sources of Hillary Clinton's intelligence. During this hearing Democratic members asked that Blumenthal's deposition transcript be made public so that comments regarding his involvement could be placed in context. The motion was defeated by a voice vote, followed by a roll call vote along party lines."

Re: Iran, Saudi

"Had dinner last night (Tuesday, February 16) with Joschka Fischer. We had an interesting conversation on Iran and Saudi Arabia, among other things. (As you know Fischer is now director of the Nabucco pipeline project.) On Iran, harsh, targeted sanctions are absolutely necessary, but are most effective diplomatically when always coupled with an offer to negotiate.

The iron fist in the velvet glove approach achieves several objectives: According to Fischer's intelligence, Ahmanijehad wished some negotiated settlement but was blocked. The regime has splits at the top. Perhaps true, perhaps not. But constantly pushing negotiations alongside sanctions puts additional pressure on internal divisions, whatever they are. Extending an open hand while brandishing a stick closes diplomatic and political room to maneuver for Iran. Its refusal to accept the open hand justifies application of the stick. Even when sanctions are enforced it always remains useful to say another way is open. The damage done to Iran is therefore the result of its own choice. This approach also aids the opposition. A purely condign
sanctions strategy can contribute to the regime's will to punish and tighten repression. Talking of regime change, of course, undermines the cause of regime change. It is a gift to the regime. The opposition is a new factor in the Iran equation that must be taken into account on the political and moral level. Pushed to the wall, the regime may feel compelled to repress, which might involve thousands or tens of thousands of political killings. On Saudi Arabia, Fischer points out
that if Iran develops nuclear weaponry the Saudis already have their own bomb. The Saudis invested in Pakistan's nuclear weaponry partly for this eventuality; that's their bomb in reserve."

According to knowledgeable individuals, as part of this effort, the two leaders, in private conversations, also intend to press the leaders of the NTC to reward their early support for the rebellion against Muammar al Qaddafi. "The Wikileaks documents can be cast as reflecting a positive light on the U.S. government and diplomacy. Your statement about how the documents underscored the Iranian nuclear threat is headed in the right direction.

1. The Wikileaks disclosure is the opposite of the Pentagon Papers. The Pentagon Papers provided evidence from an internal study conducted by the Department of Defense that the U.S. administration was not telling the truth about the Vietnam War. On the contrary, the Wikileaks papers prove that the U.S. government today has been telling the truth about the threats we face in the world.

2. The Wikileaks papers prove that American diplomats are hard at work at the difficult, often frustrating job of protecting and advancing our interests in the world. These documents are testimony to the diligence, intelligence and clear mindedness of our diplomats. Our diplomats are doing their work on the frontline of national security."

Legal experts, Dan Abrams and Richard Lempert, believe Clinton will not be indicted.

The existing legal analysis of this issue has mostly been done by ABC legal analyst Dan Abrams, Emeritus Professor of Law Richard Lempert and Washington Post columnist Ruth Marcus. Their arguments center on the difficulty to find compelling evidence that Hillary Clinton knowingly sent sensitive information, because there are no emails “marked classified” on her server. They also believe it would be hard to prove Clinton intentionally put American secrets at risk with her emailing practices and server security.

As of January 2016, the State Department has withheld 22 emails from Clinton’s server as being too classified to release to the public. We know two of these emails surround the movement of North Korean missiles, and the specifics of a drone operation...After Clinton turned over 55,000 pages of emails to the State Department, she subsequently deleted the remaining contents on the server claiming those emails to be personal and not work-related.

Interestingly, a Romanian hacker by the alias “Guccifer” hacked into Blumenthal’s AOL account (not Clinton’s) back in March 2013 and leaked four Benghazi-related emails between him and Clinton. “Guccifer” is now being extradited to the United States from Romania, perhaps to testify to federal investigators about the authenticity of these leaked emails between Blumenthal and Clinton.

Once Clinton turned over her server to the FBI in August 2015, reports began to emerge that it was extremely vulnerable to hacking attempts because the server permitted remote-access connections directly over the Internet. Not only that, Clinton did not encrypt any of her emails for the first two months as Secretary of State.

Before becoming Secretary of State in 2009, Clinton purchased a private email server to be installed in her home in New York. On this server she used the email address hdr22@clintonemail.com for all work and personal correspondence throughout her 4-year tenure as Secretary. She did not use, or activate, an official State Department “state.gov” email account throughout this time. This separates her case from former Secretaries of State Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice who had a private email address, but primarily used their work email.

OPINION: Why Hillary Clinton Will Be Indicted for Mishandling Classified Information

New York Times Tries to Bury Bernie with Biased Reporting About Thursday’s Clinton-Sanders Debate

It is astonishing how brazen the NY Times has become in flaunting its bias against Bernie Sanders – not just in its editorials, but in its so-called “objective” news coverage.

The first paragraph instantly sets the tone. Sanders, says the Times, “savaged” Mrs Clinton, who then “countered with steely confidence.” Oh, please. The rest of the story goes on to repeat, over and over, directly and by innuendo, how laughable Sanders’ chances are of winning against Clinton – apparently hoping to engineer a self-fulfilling prophecy. Truly shameless is the Times’ grudging mention that “some” national polls show Bernie faring better than Hillary against Trump. But the real truth is that – not just some – but virtually all the national polls (FOX News, CBS News, McClatchy/Marist, IBD/TIPP, PPP (D), Bloomberg, and Quinnipiac) have been showing this for quite some time.

But it doesn’t matter what the truth is. All the corporate media are following the same playbook, from the Times and Daily News to CNN and MSNBC. Listening to what the cable “news” commentators have been saying about the debate almost makes me think I didn’t see and hear what I saw and heard. No wonder both the right and the left despise the media. Only the smug and complacent “middle” believe them.

Bernie Sanders wins Colorado with big showing at state convention

Bernie Sanders scored a decisive victory Saturday in Colorado, taking a majority of the national delegates with a stronger-than-expected showing at a divided state Democratic convention.

The Sanders campaign won 63 percent in the presidential preference poll at the state convention in Loveland, where Democrats gathered amid a snowstorm that prevented hundreds from making the trip. The vote represented an improvement on his 59 percent victory at the March 1 caucus...
