Things that make me proud as an AA Democrat.

I know that this is early, but to see AA voters of all political stripes and ages unified against Trump warms my heart.

Ryan: GOP will hold hearings on Clinton probe

Republicans will hold hearings to learn more about the FBI's decision to not recommend criminal charges for presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) said Tuesday night.

"People have been convicted for far less," Ryan said during an interview with Megyn Kelly on Fox News's "The Kelly File," saying that he thought FBI director James Comey "was going to recommend prosecution" based on the FBI director's opening remarks in a press conference Tuesday.

Ryan said the FBI's decision not to recommend charges "underscores the belief that the Clintons live above the law."

Comey said that while there was evidence Clinton and her staff was "extremely careless" with classified information, "no reasonable prosecutor" would bring a case against her in relation to her use of a private email server while secretary of state.

Well, that was sooner than I thought it would be.

Saddam Hussein is trending.

Why? Because Donald Trump felt it was necessary to praise him during his North Carolina speech tonight (after accusing Loretta Lynch of accepting a bribe.)

This is the Republican nominee for President.

Spoiler Alert

What do you call it when the primary loser puts out an op-ed antagonizing his party for a non-binding platform position (that is neither for or against TPP) in a widely read newspaper in a State that could decide the election?

Maybe my terrible 4th is causing me to read into it too much, but Bernie seems to be playing with fire. What vital state is he going to accuse the Democrats of not caring about workers (aka Trump's message) in next?

Does this platform committee thing seem fishy to you?

The committee crafted a lengthy platform and then on the final day in front of cameras, the Bernie folks come out with amendments on major issues that were already settled in the platform. Smells like a publicity stunt. There is no way that trade, healthcare, Israel/Palestine, and the minimum wage weren't discussed/hashed out before the final day.

The Platform Committee.

So this has flared up. My views is that the winning campaign should and will dictate the major tenets of the party's platform. When you win an election by 57% and those major tenets were major themes of the election, your positions are the ones voted for by a majority of democratic voters. Anyone looking for concessions should search elsewhere and find common ground.

The First Female Nominee should not have to share...

the same stage with the a man who doesn't concede and endorse her before the convention.

I'm seeing a lot of "suggestions" that Bernie's complacency to the threat that Trump poses should be accommodated. Hell no.

Hillary won and if Bernie won't acknowledge that before the convention, he can speak in the parking lot to his protestors. The last night of the convention is not about him or his "revolution".

Historic Campaigns....

Does anyone feel like that word has been thrown around a lot lately? What do I know though? We've never had an elderly white man gather a specific constituency and then go on to lose the nomination by double digits. Nope. Never happened. In 2008, John McCain also ran a historic general election campaign...

Jeff Weaver is about to come on WADR.

I wonder what he is going to say now.

Eh, just previewing the speech that Bernie is going to give tonight. How far the mighty have fallen. He couldn't get arrested by the media now. Weaver has been defanged and it's glorious to see.

They are not currently lobbying super-delegates. He's trying to state that the Clinton campaign official joining the DNC is something that will make DWS useless at the DNC.

Sanders backed candidate Lucy Flores is facing a defeat at the hands of Hillary SD Ruben Kihuen!

AP, Decision desk, and Jon Ralston have called it.

NBC KSNV News 3 Verified account

#BREAKING AP has called Ruben Kihuen as the winner of the NV Democratic primary for U.S. Representative, District 4

If Sanders did one thing this election, he proved that the people could overcome the influence of money on their elections. He sure spent a lot trying.
