I will pay Gregory Bailey, 58, dispatcher and driver in Oklahoma City, $100,000

if he can provide proof that Robert Mueller "only hired Democrats for the investigation," as reported by USA Today. Repeating the Idiot-in-Chief is not proof.

Gregory Bailey, 58, dispatcher and driver for an auto parts company in Oklahoma City, is among the Republican faithful, calling Mueller "corrupt" and his inquiry "a farce." He echoes some of the arguments Trump has made on Twitter against the investigation. Mueller "only hired Democrats for the investigation," Bailey says. "It doesn't take a year and a half to find something on Russian collusion, and collusion is not even a crime."

What will Trumpy Troll be doing on the day of John McCain's funeral?

1/ Go into a crazed Twitter rant with threats or unsubstantiated allegations against his perceived enemies that will focus attention on Trump.

2/ Make a controversial announcement to focus attention on Trump.

3/ Fire somebody to focus attention on Trump.

4/ Hold a rally or give a controversial speech to focus attention on Trump.

5/ Another asshole act to focus attention on Trump.

Should and could there be another election before 2020 if election was hacked?

If it is proven that the election was affected by a Trump/Russia conspiracy, should there be another election before 2020?

If so, what do you think the red line should be that triggers that decision? Would it have to include the actual hacking of the election results? What form of proof would we need?

What mechanism would be used to call for a new election? Example, at least a two-thirds senate and house vote in favor?

Is it possible that Trump is innocent?

Based on his behavior alone, I personally don't think it is possible Trump is innocent. His own words and actions show he is as guilty as Hell of something that is so heinous that he is desperate to go to extreme lengths to conceal it.

I hope Mueller finds the witnesses and the paper trail that are needed to convince at least some of the GOP and some Republican supporters, but Trump's own actions, that we can all see, point in only one direction.

1/ His constant insults (such as worse than McCarthy), his attacks (witch hunt) and lies (17 Angry Democrats) about Mueller and the Russia probe, including labeling as "fake news' all media that supports a lawful investigation initiated by a Republican deputy AG, nominated in 2017 by Trump himself. If Trump was innocent, he would not feel the need to do this.

2/ His continual praise of Putin, while simultaneously attacking and insulting our closest strategic and economic allies. This shows his loyalty to Putin are above his loyalty to our staunchest friends.

3/ His reticence to sign into law sanctions against Russia, and his lack of initiative to take serious action against Russia for their involvement in the 2016 election, and to protect us from further interference. Why would the man who is supposed to defend America fail to do this, unless his loyalty was first and foremost to Putin?

4/ His constant attempts to undermine and politicize the Justice Department, including the Attorney General and FBI, including verbal attacks, public humiliations and firings, as well as undermining and contradicting the CIA and its assessment of the 2016 election. Again, these are not the actions of an innocent man.

5/ His constant lies about the Trump Tower meeting, his business dealings in Russia, his Russian contacts, his firing of Comey, and his game-playing about an interview with Mueller, not to mention the sheer number of staff around him with Russian contacts. No innocent man would do any of this.

For these reasons, I go well beyond thinking it is probable Trump is innocent. I think it is impossible Trump is innocent. It isn't possible that an innocent man behaves in this way. But what are his crimes? We do not know for sure, but I fear they are more serious than most of us think.

However, it seems that Trump is determined to destroy America as we know it from within. Heads of departments - education, housing, health, environment, all seem to have expressed desires to destroy the very purpose of those departments and the benefits that they deliver. The economic policy is to explode the debt (something that was a central GOP attack point against Obama) and to reward only the wealthiest. Trump's tariff war can only end badly, and already we are seeing a negative impact across the economy and some factories have closed or are planning to move manufacturing plants out of America. We are becoming more divided racially as well as economically. Trump seems to want to start a race war, scapegoating minorities by singling out blacks and attacking their imagined low IQ's or supposed lack of patriotism. Trump is after all, the man who rose to political power on Birtherism and an ambition to scapegoat Mexicans and ban all Muslims.

We are no longer the world leader that we were compared to just two years ago when Obama was president. Relations with the rest of the world and approval in other nations have plummeted to levels not seen since polling began.

We are now a nation that is seen as wanting to shut people out based on their religion. Our president insults our allies and lies about what they say. International agreements on Iran, climate and trade have been ripped up as far as America's contribution is concerned, with no suggestions of alternatives. We are now isolationists, happy to let other nations take the lead. The UN and NATO have been undermined and insulted. Trump looks like the treasurer of a club asking that everyone pay their dues, but he has no vision of what the club can actually do and has no intention of being engaged. Our humanitarian and environmental efforts have been reduced and Trump's immigration policy have all helped to give us a bad name the world over.

It is as though "Make America Great Again" was all part of an inside joke, as if Putin knew that everything that would happen would make America worse. It has been said many times, perhaps in jest, but it seems that Trump really is Putin's puppet. Putin is the winner of everything Trump does and America is the loser.

Do I think it possible Trump is innocent? No, because I don't think it possible this all happens through stupidity. Even Trump isn't that stupid.

Senators of both parties stand united against Trump's attacks on the media

The Senate took a rhetorical shot on Thursday at President Trump's attacks on the media, passing a resolution affirming that the press is "not the enemy of the people."

The nonbinding resolution, which cleared the chamber by unanimous consent, also touts the "indispensable role of the free press" and says an attack on the media meant to "systematically undermine the credibility of the press as a whole [is] an attack on our democratic institutions."

Spearheaded by Sen. Brian Schatz (D-Hawaii) and Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.), the resolution doesn't directly mention Trump, who has called the press the "enemy of the people."

The Senate's action came hours after Trump launched his latest attack on the press, saying much of what is written is "fake news."

12 leading former intelligence leaders find Trump guilty of trying "to stifle free speech."

In a joint statement Thursday, a dozen of the nation’s leading former intelligence officials slammed President Donald Trump’s recent decision to revoke former CIA Director John Brennan’s security clearance.

The officials, who served under both Republican and Democratic presidents, include former CIA Directors Michael Hayden, Leon Panetta, William Webster, Porter Goss, David Petraeus and George Tenet, several of the agency’s former deputy directors and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.

“We all agree that the president’s action regarding John Brennan and the threats of similar action against other former officials has nothing to do with who should and should not hold security clearances ― and everything to do with an attempt to stifle free speech,” they wrote.

Leaked transcription of Manafort jury deliberations

There's a tense exchange as two Jurors (No 6 and No 2) cannot agree with the 10 others.

Juror No 3: “For God’s sake, why don’t you see the overwhelming evidence before your own eyes?”

Juror No 6: “All I see is fake news and it’s very sad, you lowlife, low IQ dog!”

Juror No 10: “What about the witness testimony?”

Juror No 2: “Are you an illegal? Are you from one of those shithole countries that are sending rapists and murderers? Maybe you are a Muslim. Can I see your birth certificate? You shouldn’t even be here! That’s why we need a wall! Build a wall! (chanting) Build a Wall!”

Juror No 10: “Let’s calm down and stick to the facts, shall we?.”

Juror No 6: “There's truth and there's facts. I’ll give you some alternative facts. We’ve got 10 angry Democrats who have listened to fake news in the courtroom and two white nationalists doing their patriotic duty to find reasonable doubt.”

Juror 12: “What about the mountain of documentation that proves the case?”

Juror No 2: "Fake! This is all part of an illegal witch hunt to damage the greatest president who is making America Great Again.”

At this point, the recording was interrupted - End of transcription.

Yes, this is a joke, but what is to prevent this from happening when over 40% of the nation still say they approve of Trump?

Roger Stone Posted Swastika-Laden Image Of 'Space Force' Featuring Himself, Trump

President Donald Trump’s former campaign adviser Roger Stone posted an edited image of himself, Trump and many others with affiliations to the current administration donning space suits affixed with swastikas on Instagram.

On Monday, Stone shared the now-deleted image, but, luckily, screenshots never die! The image featured the words “Space Force ― in space no one can hear you lie” with the accompanying caption: “I love this - proud to be in this crew - but the only lies being told are by liberal scumbags.”
