Thank you for trying to make America great again. Although America is already great, by single-handedly destroying the GOP, you are certainly making it greater than it was.

Please continue to say the tremendous things you have been saying, as each time you open your mouth, another fifty thousand votes move away from the Republican Party.

By being the butt of thousands of jokes and being the Forrest Gump of politics, you have also provided the tremendous entertainment industry with more raw material than any other human being in the history of this planet.

I can hardly wait for Halloween this year to see how creepy and pervy people look when they are dressed up in Trump masks, although nobody does it as well as you. I have heard that Trump masks are a best seller. Isn't that tremendous.

Please don't lose heart when all your businesses go bust because your name is now toxic. Everyone knows you are the worst businessman in America anyway.

Thank you for doing so much to elect Hillary Clinton. With your help, she will win by a landslide. It's going to be yuge! You are the tremendous gift to America that keeps on giving.

Trump Foundation shuts down

Donald J. Trump’s foundation has stopped accepting donations in New York to comply with a cease and desist letter issued two weeks ago over its failure to properly register as a charity under state law, according to New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.

The Republican presidential candidate’s namesake nonprofit organization confirmed to the attorney general that it halted fundraising in the state as part of receiving an extension for turning over delinquent financial reports, Doug Cohen, a spokesman for Schneiderman, said in an e-mail on Monday.

Trump’s campaign manager, Kellyanne Conway, has apparently reached the conclusion that the best course is threatening down-ballot Republicans if they are not sufficiently loyal—according to The New York Times, she ominously warned on television that “she knew of Republican lawmakers who had behaved inappropriately toward young women, and whose criticism of Mr. Trump was therefore hypocritical.” Says Rod Dreher, “Trump is going to drop those names. You watch.”

If Matthew is as bad as expected, should the Sunday debate be postponed?

First, I hope the predictions are not as dire as predicted and everyone is safe, although the projections are not looking good. If the south-east coast is devastated, if there is loss of life, homes and businesses are destroyed and millions are without power, out of respect, should the second debate be delayed, and what impact could the storm potentially have on the election?
