Is Melania Trump An Illegal Immigrant?

From Politico

Gaps in Melania Trump's immigration story raise questions
A racy photo shoot is prompting fresh scrutiny of the would-be first lady's early visits to the United States.

Nude photographs published this week are raising fresh questions about the accuracy of a key aspect of Melania Trump’s biography: her immigration status when she first came to the United States to work as a model.
The racy photos of the would-be first lady, published in the New York Post on Sunday and Monday, inadvertently highlight inconsistencies in the various accounts she has provided over the years. And, immigration experts say, there’s even a slim chance that any years-old misrepresentations to immigration authorities could pose legal problems for her today.

In March, he said he would “end forever the use of the H-1B as a cheap labor program, and institute an absolute requirement to hire American workers first for every visa and immigration program. No exceptions.”
Even for Slovenian porn stars… OOPS. “Models.”

Here’s the nation’s would-be first lady — and right beside her, a second lady.

Three years before she met husband Donald Trump, Melania Trump was snapped in a nude frolic with another female model, bombshell photos obtained exclusively by The Post show.

Comey: Clinton did not lie to the FBI

“Director Comey said my answers were truthful, and what I’ve said is consistent with what I have told the American people, that there were decisions discussed and made to classify retroactively certain of the emails.”
—Hillary Clinton, interview on “Fox News Sunday,” July 31, 2016

Clinton made these remarks after “Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace played a video of her saying: “I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email. There is no classified materials. I am confident that I never sent nor received any information that was classified at the time. I had not sent classified material nor received anything marked classified.”

As Wallace put it, “After a long investigation, FBI Director James Comey said none of those things that you told the American public were true.”

Is what Mike Wallace said in the last sentence above accurate?

Hillary Clinton did not lie to FBI investigators during their probe into her use of a private server as secretary of state, FBI Director James Comey testified Thursday.

"We have no basis to conclude she lied to the FBI," Comey told House Oversight Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) during one of the hearing's opening exchanges.

Asked whether Clinton lied under oath, Comey remarked that she did not do so to the FBI

"Did Hillary Clinton break the law?" Chaffetz asked.
"In connection with her use of the email server? My judgment is that she did not," Comey said.

Chaffetz then asked whether it was that he was just not able to prosecute it or that Clinton broke the law.

"Well, I don't want to give an overly lawyerly answer," Comey said. "The question I always look at is IS there evidence that would establish beyond a reasonable doubt that somebody engaged in conduct that violated a criminal statute, and my judgment here is there is not. "

GOWDY: Secretary Clinton said there was nothing marked classified on her emails either sent or received. Was that true?
COMEY: That’s not true.
GOWDY: Secretary Clinton said, “I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email. There is no classified material.” Was that true?
COMEY: There was classified material emailed.

To Clinton’s assertion that she never sent or received information marked classified on her private email,

Comey pointed to the investigation’s findings to the contrary.

"That's not true.

There were a small number of portion markings on I think three of the documents,” Comey said. (The State Department on Wednesday said that two of those documents were inadvertently marked.)

On Clinton’s statement that she did not email classified material to anyone, Comey responded, “There was classified email.”

Asked about the three documents with the “c” markings suggesting that the lines included classified information, Comey told Rep. Matt Cartwright (D-Pa.) that they were not properly marked in accordance with the State manual.

“According to the manual, if you’re going to classify something, there has to be a header on the document, right?” Cartwright asked, to which Comey responded in the affirmative.

Asked whether there was a header that contained the “c” in the text, Comey said the “c” denoting classified material “was in the body in the text but there was no header on the email or in the text.”

“So if Secretary Clinton really were an expert at what's classified and what’s not classified and we're following the manual, the absence of a header would tell her immediately that those three documents were not classified,” Cartwright remarked. “Am I correct in that?”

Comey called it a “reasonable inference.”

TRUMP AND PENCE

John McCain's Grand Daughter will VOTE for Hillary Clinton

John McCain's Grand Daughter will VOTE for Hillary Clinton

"He insulted my grandfather and attacked the very qualities  —  loyalty, bravery and selflessness  —  that he and countless other POWs embody," she added.

McCain wrote that Trump never won her over during his candidacy, calling him a "misogynist," "racist" and "demagogue," citing his remarks on women and minorities throughout his campaign.

She said she decided to support Clinton during the Democratic National Convention this week, where Democratic heavy-hitters touched on themes of American exceptionalism in an effort to win over reticent Republicans.

"The party I grew up in, the party I want to work in and change and push to be more inclusive, betrayed me and countless others," McCain wrote.

"Loyalty to party can never trump loyalty to country. And loyalty to party means nothing when the party has been poisoned."

There will be no redux... at least for 4 years....

Bill Maher to “America’s nicest grandma” Hillary Clinton: Voters “want the wolf with bits of grandma in its teeth”

“This year, the voters are not in the mood for steady as she goes,” Maher said, arguing Clinton needs to fight fire with fire with respect to Trump. “They’re pitchfork angry and they don’t want America’s nicest grandma. They want the wolf with bits of grandma in its teeth.”

and why I say, "Unleash HELL HILLARY!" Even if the unleashing is only metaphorical.

Metaphor is a figure of speech which makes an implicit, implied or hidden comparison between two things that are unrelated but share some common characteristics. In other words, a resemblance of two contradictory or different objects is made based on a single or some common characteristics.

"At my Signal... UNLEASH HE*LL...."

Or maybe Hyperbole....

Hyperbole, derived from a Greek word meaning “over-casting” is a figure of speech, which involves an exaggeration of ideas for the sake of emphasis.

And perhaps I'm allowed to delve into the literary device of Allusion...

Allusion is a brief and indirect reference to a person, place, thing or idea of historical, cultural, literary or political significance. It does not describe in detail the person or thing to which it refers. It is just a passing comment and the writer expects the reader to possess enough knowledge to spot the allusion and grasp its importance in a text.

The stakes are too high. Trump can't be allowed to occupy the White House. If Trump rises to his threats and takes the gloves OFF Hillary should respond in kind.... and unleash HELL...

There will be no redux... at least for 4 years....

And I think we saw some of the unleashing at the DNC convention last week ... DNC speakers used ISIS 15 times and RNC speakers only 13 times.

And when Retired General John Allen spoke the unleashing continued...

Donald Trump is NO Normal Candidate. This is NO Normal Election. Democrats can't take anything for granted because at a minimum, 40% of Americans don't care that Trump is a Scumbag as Bill Maher says. They embrace him in spite of being a scumbag, and many because he is a scumbag.

I voted for Al Gore in 2000 and Republicans managed to somehow pull a win. And in 2004 with John Kerry Republicans swift boated an American hero and selected George Bush. I've seen Democrats lose what I thought was sure wins.

And Democrats have been give an sure win ..... so, what will Democrats do with a sure thing.
