And another one's gone......Landon Copeland

A Washington County man was arrested Wednesday and charged with attacking police officers during the deadly insurrection and riot at the U.S. Capitol in January while Congress was in the process of counting electoral votes.

Landon Kenneth Copeland, 33, of Apple Valley, is charged with assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers or employees; obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder; knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority; and violent entry and disorderly conduct on capitol grounds. He is the fifth Utahn charged with participating in the Jan. 6 insurrection.

Copeland is accused of grabbing a riot shield, shoving another crowd member into the police line and throwing a "metal bike rack fence barricade" toward officers after a tug-of-war over the bike rack, according to Department of Justice and a criminal complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City.

"So that everyone knows I go to see the FBI and a judge tomorrow," one post from Wednesday states. "I guess peacefully protesting at the Capitol is now illegal and they are trying to hunt us all down to try and teach us a lesson. Unfortunately only one option remains when we return. We bring guns and take the Capitol building without intention of being peaceful. This ends with the government bombing their own people. I had hopes it wouldn't. But here we are."

Lanny ?.... enjoy the next 20 years.

Another one bites the dust....Logan Grover,

Another Colorado man was arrested Wednesday on federal charges after authorities say he participated in the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C.

Multiple videos and photos show that Logan Grover, of Erie, took part in the insurrection, according to a criminal complaint filed Monday and unsealed Wednesday in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Grover also posted on Facebook about planning to participate in the gathering, according to the complaint, and two tipsters relayed that information to the FBI.

“If you accept the reality that the election was stolen, than (sic) you cannot accept Biden as the new president — & neither can I,” Grover wrote in the Facebook post, according to a screenshot included in the criminal complaint. “Which is why I flew to DC yesterday. I fought for this nation.”

Grover is charged with four criminal counts: knowingly entering a restricted building without authority, disorderly conduct, violent entry to Capitol grounds and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building.

'Beleaguered' French Jewry 'Dealt an Incredible Injustice' With Sarah Halimi Verdict

The family of Halimi — the French Jewish woman brutally murdered in her Paris apartment by 31-year-old Kobili Traore, who bellowed antisemitic slogans as he beat her — lost a final ruling in France’s top appeals court this month, which upheld an earlier decision that he could not be held criminally responsible because his intake of marijuana on the night of the killing had rendered him temporarily insane.

“One of the most beleaguered Jewish communities on the planet has been dealt an incredible injustice leaving every single member of that community concerned, and fearing that their security and safety can no longer be guaranteed and secured in the country of France,” Efune said of the ruling.

Thousands gathered in cities from Paris and Marseille to Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, London and New York on Sunday, calling for Traore to be held accountable. “The call for justice is ringing across the globe,” said Efune on Sunday. “It’s resonated because the injustice is so great. We’ve known for so long that the harm, and the danger, and threats that have been thrust upon French Jewry have been significant and extensive and torturous. But certainly the ability to achieve justice and to track down perpetrators, has been fundamental and crucial.”

“Now, French Jews have faced with a scenario where not only are they facing the challenges and threats, but the tools with which to respond to them and hold perpetrators accountable have been hamstrung significantly by the state and the judicial system,” he added.

So marijuana makes you want to kill another human being ? Bulls*it.

And how does smoking marijuana give you the coordination to kill someone.

Oh yes...Got another one...theyre dropping like flies

Federal agents on Sunday arrested a 62-year-old Hillsboro man in connection with the Jan. 6 takeover of the U.S. Capitol.

Reed Knox Christensen is accused of assaulting a federal law enforcement officer during the Capitol siege, federal prosecutor Paul Maloney told a magistrate judge.

An FBI video on the U.S. Department of Justice website shows him pushing past a barrier in front of the Capitol and grappling with several officers, according to a federal complaint.

Christensen made his first appearance Monday in federal court in Portland, becoming the third person arrested in Oregon tied by federal prosecutors to the insurrection in Washington, D.C. Another man was arrested in Vancouver last month.

Terror investigation launched after police officer stabbed to death in France

A terror investigation has been launched after a knifeman stabbed a female police officer to death in the French town of Rambouillet on Friday, authorities said.

The assailant, identified as a 36-year-old Tunisian national, was immediately “neutralized” by the victim’s fellow officers, who shot him, a police source close to the investigation told NBC News, adding that he died from his injuries. His name was not released.

The victim, aged 49, died from her wounds.

France's National Police named her as Stephanie M. in a tweet, which called her killing "cowardly." As an administrative officer she would not work on the street but in an office.

President Emmanuel Macron also paid tribute to her on Twitter. "In the fight against Islamist terrorism, we will not give up," he wrote.

Japan's QAnon disciples aren't letting Trump's loss quash their mission

Hiromi spent most of her life feeling trapped.

Growing up, the now 58-year-old Japanese acupuncturist felt pressure to conform to Japan's rules-based society, and to become a model worker and wife. She married young and had three children, but later divorced and says she still struggles to make ends meet.

"I'm sure some Japanese people question this way of life where we take the same crammed train at the same time; we get sucked into corporate life. It's like we don't think for ourselves; instead, we follow someone else's outline for us," Hiromi told CNN Business. She withheld her full name to keep her privacy.

Convinced there was something wrong with society, Hiromi looked for answers online. While reading the tweets of a medical influencer, who alleged big pharmaceutical companies used the public as human guinea pigs, Hiromi stumbled across Japanese QAnon influencer Eri Okabayashi's Twitter account.

Well it’s good to know there are idiots in other countries.

Florida man arrested in Capitol riot said he was breaking into White House

A family member turned in an Ocala man who went to Washington D.C. “knowing full well they were going to break in” to the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, according to the U.S. Justice Department.

Kenneth Kelly, 58, also sent text messages saying he entered the Capitol by breaking windows, an affidavit said. He turned himself in Friday at the Middle District of Florida U.S. Attorney’s Office in Ocala. He’s facing charges including disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.

Pictures from surveillance video and text messages provided to the FBI show Kelly inside the Capitol, which he kept referring to as the White House, the affidavit said.

“Inside the White house via breaking in windows,” a text message said. “Tree of liberty was watered today.”

U.N. Elects Iran to Commission on Women's Rights

UN Watch is calling on U.S. Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield and EU states to condemn the UN’s election of Iran to a 4-year term on its Commission on the Status of Women, the “principal global intergovernmental body exclusively dedicated to the promotion of gender equality and the empowerment of women.”

The vote yesterday by the UN’s Economic and Social Council, reported first by UN Watch, sparked outrage among human rights activists. “Electing the Islamic Republic of Iran to protect women’s rights is like making an arsonist into the town fire chief,” said Hillel Neuer, executive director of UN Watch, the Geneva-based human rights group. “It’s absurd — and morally reprehensible. This is a black day for women’s rights, and for all human rights,” said Neuer.

At Least 4 EU & Western Democracies Backed Iran

Though the ballot was secret, UN Watch has determined that at least four of the 15 EU and Western Group democracies on ECOSOC—which include Australia, Austria, Canada, Finland, France, Latvia, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States—voted for Iran.

UN Watch called on lawmakers to demand that their governments reveal how they voted.
