I read the abstract.
I do not work in this field but am interested in this sort of thing, and the summary of their results is intriguing. Not familiar with this journal nor the authors' institutions. Georgia: Federal judge issues injunction in absentee ballot rejections, but Kemp wants postponement
A federal judge issued an injunction Thursday barring elections officials in Gwinnett County, and elsewhere across Georgia, from rejecting absentee ballots because signatures on the ballots don’t match those on file for the affected voters.
U.S. District Court Judge Leigh Martin May issued the injunction after giving attorneys for civil rights groups and residents who filed the complaint, as well as those representing the Gwinnett County Board of Elections and Secretary of State Brian Kemp an opportunity to weigh in on it.

Attorneys for Kemp and the state were quick to ask the federal court to postpone the injunction issued by May until an Appeals Court can rule on it.

I browse DU almost exclusively on my Android phone, using Chrome. Until the last few days, when someone inserted a link to a tweet, it would briefly display "Link to tweet", then the actual tweet would display without me needing to click on it. Now, it just perpetually says "Link to tweet" and never automatically displays. I've not changed any settings on Chrome. Has something changed on DU?
