I grew up in the Midwest, I have known many good and decent people from what is commonly referred to as trumpervert's base, and they would NEVER EVER accept any such prevarication and mendacity from friends, family, or acquaintances in their small cities and towns. To even attempt to behave in this manner would mean being run out of town on a rail, or at the very least complete ostracism.

How dare a homeless person be fed by some small percentage of everyone's income? Let the unfortunate among us starve for a while and they will learn to be self-sufficient. That is the core philosophy of Libertarianism. And never forget that the deluded middle-class supporters of this fuck-you economic program fervently believe that they will someday get a piece of that glorious wealth pie, if only they stay the course.

Fear is what moves men. The fear of going to "hell" for your "sins" was inculcated into these people long ago as the ultimate means of control, along with a sham set of "morals" by which they can compare each others degree of fault. You're right, you can't disagree with the adopted values of of a bunch of people without them getting pissed off at you, because they have tied their whole lives to this screwy idea and when you attempt to point out that for you personally (just you, not them) that this idea is screwy, you get serious backlash, because as far as they are concerned you are telling them their lives mean nothing, and this bothers them, because people prefer anything to being nothing. Just look at the Nazis.

and stop watching "Pathocracy Today," all day, every day. He's not the only show in town, although his vile repulsive filth serves to mesmerize us as he pulls aside the curtain of despotism while the corporate masters behind the throne advance their death-worshiping agenda for the world.
