If Hochul wanted to pick a Black Progressive Male who is serving in the US House as her runningmate,

She should have picked Hakeem Jeffries. Jeffries is from Brooklyn. Jeffries represents a safe Democratic district in NYC while Delgado represents a swing district in Upstate NY.

PA and OH are the 2 Republican held US Senate seats up in 2022 that will go Democratic.

Both are open seats.
Both have Top Tier Democratic nominee(Fetterman-PA and Ryan-OH)
The Republican nominee in PA(Oz or McCormick) and OH(Vance) are lightweights.
Democrats could also win WI depending on who the Democratic nominee is and NC.
