Which US Senate seat do the Democrats have a better chance of winning? OH or NC?

NC- It is a purple state while OH is a red state.
OH- The other OH US Senator Sherrod Brown is a progressive Democrat who won re-election in 2012 and 2018 by a margin greater than 6 percent. The Democratic nominee for the 2022 OH US Senate Race- Tim Ryan is more moderate than Sherrod Brown. The Republican Nominee for the 2022 OH US Senate Race-JD Vance is a much worse candidate than Josh Mandel-2012 Republican Nominee and Jim Rennacci-2018 Republican Nominee.

I expect Sherrod Brown to win re-election in 2024 due to the fact that the Republicans will nominate an unpopular candidate.

Class of 2022 Incoming US Senators.

AL(Britt-R) R Hold

In OH and PA, The Republican nominees are political novices and The Democratic nominees have great statewide appeal.
In WI- Johnson-R is an unpopular incumbent and Barnes-D is an appealing challenger.

The Democratic US Senators that retired in 2014. If they sought re-election, would they have won?

1)Tom Harkin-IA
2)Tim Johnson-SD
3)Jay Rockeller-WV

IA- Harkin would have defeated Joni Ernst-R.
What would the outcome in SD(Johnson-D vs Rounds-R) and WV(Rockefeller-D vs Moore Capito-R) be?
