Hugh_Lebowski
Hugh_Lebowski's Journaljimmy buffett - southern cross (live) excellent version of the CSN classic (flawless cowbell level)
Camerawork is awful, but the performance & sound is LEGIT.
I freaking love this song ... and Jimmy does it up right here, big time ...
t. rex - children of the revolution, 20th century boy (studio-1972) two non-album classics
Pretty sure Tim Curry had watched some Marc Bolan prior to playing Frank ...
the simple minds and a cast of thousands in rotterdam (1997) ... it's so freaking good!
Sometimes Doordash prompts for ridiculously large tips ... and I'm not a cheapskate ...
But I ordered a sandwich, chips, and brownie, total cost was $14.50.
The restaurant is .25 miles from a freeway onramp, and I'm like .4 miles from the very next offramp (the freeway drive is 1 mile, iow). It's literally no more than 10 minutes, if the signals go your way, it's about 7 minutes. Drive is 1.65 miles, with 1 mile of that on the freeway.
Doordash's recommended tip? $4.50.
And I'm sorry but that's out of hand. I changed it to $3.25 cause that seemed very fair. Note also I'm not in an apartment or anything, there's no parking issues at either end of this transportation, nor is there ANY traffic at 4pm on Saturday.
Am I wrong on this?
Davis, Adderley, Coltrane, Evans, Chambers, and Cobb - Stella by Starlight (studio - 1958)
It don't get a whole lot better than this ...
son volt - the globe & arkey blue (studio - 2021) a couple tracks from Jay & Co's new disc
Totally dig 'em both, reminiscent of Wide Swing Tremolo-era Son Volt. BTW, the louder you play 'em, the better they sound
the best beatles ripoff song of the grunge-era ... well, not made by matthew sweet :)
you might convince me there's AS GOOD a heavy metal song as this one ... but not a better one!
This song kicks ass, top-to-bottom, every player in the band at the top of their game, just freaking rocking it.
I forget about how great it is til I put it on every 5 or so years, since 1982 when I bought the album (and saw them on this tour). But it always gets me pumped.

Kristen Lowery, 40, Escalon, California, Anti-vaxxer "ex-vaxxer", died of COVID.
Sorry if already posted but I hadn't seen it.
Escalon is pretty close to where my Aunt is about to die from pneumonia (non-COVID) because the hospital needs the equipment for the shit-bird anti-vax C19 patients in their hospital.
