I am used to getting Robocalls that hang up once you answer

These are calls from your area code and defeat any spam call filters you may have

But last night I got a call at 2 AM -- It disturbed my sleep and I could not sleep untill 5 or 6 AM.

What the fuck is wrong with these sick bastards.. This is getting ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!!

Any ideas - how to block these calls?
