REALLY REALLY need some help here clearing something up with the Mueller report

OK here goes! Now we know (i think) that BARR has Muellers report! Now my problem is this. Mueller knows EXACTLY what's in this report. He has to see what BARR is doing right? He also has to see what tRUMPs plans are. IF he feels BARR is OBSTRUCTING this report, why has he NOT come forward at least to the leaders of CONGRESS? (maybe we wouldn't know if he did) I really believed Mueller is an PATRIOT! There is so much i don't understand here. TY in advance.
