Could this judge have stopped TFG's appeal? Am i wrong to think they could have appealed even if HE refused their appeal?

The judge is ok with Willis staying on the case. So what happens if the STATE rules to remove her? The judge should have the authority right?

After watching her with that judge, i feel she wants THIS case more than any other past, present ,or future case! I see it in her eyes and WORDS! No matter how long it takes, MY MONEY is on FANI WILLIS!! To add here the State will do everything to remove her. They might succeed, BUT, dam i want to see that fight!! IF given the chance she will DESTROY that bastard! (TFG)

If we win control the White House, the Senate and the House, do we need just a majority vote in the House and Senate to add judges to the SC?
