If seditionist attempts to overthrow the duly elected President-elect of the United States

are protected by executive privilege then executive privilege is a threat to democracy not a strength of said democracy. This issue should be a no-brainer, even in our flawed judiciary. No wonder Americans are increasingly skeptical of the courts and the administration of “justice.”
