One major change in 55 years

55 years ago, police used police dogs and fire hoses. In 2020 they are using tear gas and rubber bullets.
The fear of living as a African-American seems to have changed very little.
Of course, I am nothing more than an observer.

Anyone who has ever thought or said that our military would not carry out orders to fire on

it's own citizens...we just witnessed that it is not true. They will follow orders, no matter what those orders are.

For the first time in my life, I am actually frightened for America and my family.

In 29+ years, things have only gotten worse...or so it seems to me. Maybe it just wasn't caught on video as often.
The real problem is that it hasn't gotten "better". I am so disgusted that I am nearly speechless.
Many have stated things about this issue much more eloquently than I am capable.

Well, I am not satisfied with America nor with it's leadership or lack thereof. Somehow, we must make America a nation where EVERY person is unafraid to walk the sidewalk or drive a car.
