Good job, Mitch

America is witness to the horror show of a late stage capitalist death cult where vulnerable people cannot get the assistance they need, in a time of pandemic, in the richest country in the world. Moscow Mitch needs to have this hung round his neck and everyone needs to reminded everyday that this is ALL ON THEM.

Seems like the elders are not prepared to die for Trumps death cult

When we look to America, we all know that the government response has been panicked, untrustworthy, incompetent pile of bullshit to Covid-19. I am not going to bore with the list of utter horror, we all know what it is. But here is the thing. This government has to rely on the voters to get back into power, and their instinct is not to save lives but to save the economy, their instinct is to try and convince the elderly and the vulnerable that they should be happy to sacrifice their lives for the republic. Now that is way more freakish than any country should endure in this time. But it is backfiring. Seems like old people don’t like being told they are expendable and new polling shows his support amongst the elders is tanking.

Morning Consult definitely has evidence that seniors are souring on Trump’s handling of the coronavirus, particularly now that he’s fretting so much over the economy: By a nearly 6-to-1 margin, people ages 65 and older say it’s more important for the government to address the spread of coronavirus than it is to focus on economic goals. And as President Donald Trump increasingly signals interest in prioritizing the economy, America’s senior citizens are growing critical of his approach.
Quinnipiac shows seniors approving of Trump’s handling of the coronavirus by a 48/45 margin in early March but disapproving by a 52/45 margin in early April, Quinnipiac also shows Biden’s lead among seniors swelling from 49/46 in March to 54/41 in April

Seems like people enjoy blinking and breathing and are not willing to sacrifice their lives for the Republican Party Trump era death cult. Heh, who would have thought it?

Bill Barr threatens legal action to force states to reopen: 'We have to give businesses more freedom

to operate’

Attorney General William Barr will consider legal action to force governors to ease social distancing requirements for their states.

President Donald Trump’s attorney general told talk radio host Hugh Hewitt that extraordinary measures to fight the spread of coronavirus were justified, but Barr argued that at some point they infringed on constitutional rights, reported Bloomberg.

“We have to give businesses more freedom to operate in a way that’s reasonably safe,” Barr said. “To the extent that governors don’t and impinge on either civil rights or on the national commerce — our common market that we have here — then we’ll have to address that.”

Can he do that? Doesn't the constitution get in the way?
