Thanks Obama! Its your fault that Giuliani's buddies are criminals.

This whole. Ukraine scandal is your fault. Thanks Obama!

Asked about arrest of Giuliani associates, Peter Schweizer tells Fox: “This goes back to the Obama administration”

BILL HEMMER (ANCHOR): Rudy Giuliani was in the news yesterday — apparently this association with two men from overseas, who were arrested at Dulles International Airport with one-way tickets out. What could be the connection here? What do you think is behind this arrest, Peter?

PETER SCHWEIZER (BREITBART SENIOR CONTRIBUTOR): Yeah, the arrest seems to be tied to the fact that these individuals were sending money to a pro-Trump political PAC, I believe it was, and several members of Congress, tending to be Republicans. And that court case basically alleges that they weren't providing the funds. The funds were coming from someone else — which would be illegal — and I think further underlines the problems when you're dealing with Ukraine.

I mean, this goes back to the Obama administration. The number one recipient — or the number-one giver of money to the Clinton Foundation were donors from Ukraine. Then you have all the drama in 2016, you have Paul Manafort. The point is, Ukraine is a terribly corrupt country. They are trying to curry favor in the United States. And I think in the case of Hunter Biden, the notion that he got this sweetheart deal, is nothing to see, is just contradicted by the fact that you have all these other actions going forward. I think the bottom line is, we don't want Ukrainian meddling in the United States and politics.

I don't know if I buy all these Republicans secretly hate what Trump is doing

The Republican Party of old has died.
This is the Trump party filled with kooks and deplorables.
They welcome the disinformation and conspiracy theories along with the racism and everything else.
Their pathetic deplorable following do not know how to discern truth from stupid conspiracies. They have someone else to blame for their woes - immigrants
It keeps them where the Republicans want them. Unable to see what's really going on - all the roll back of policy that eventually hurt them in the future, the tax breaks to the wealthy - that does not benefit them, trying to take away their healthcare and on and on.

If the Republicans truly detested Trump, they would join with Democrats to try to take back their party from Trump and perhaps restore some dignity to their party. Sure some members may lose seats but if it means restoring the party then so be it. As far as the Trump base, yeah, they would whine and cry about it but eventually they get over it. What are they gonna do? Vote for democrats? That's never going to happen for the hard core Trump base. If they want to keep things like conservative judges then they will still vote Republican.

So Republicans can rebuke the NBA for kowtowing to China, but cannot say a bad word re: Trump?

These people never cease to amaze me.

So Trump allegedly has told China he will not speak out re: Hong Kong Protests
These same republicans have nothing to say regarding that but quickly rebuke the NBA?

Pols blast NBA for ‘kowtowing’ to China

The National Basketball Association on Sunday broke its silence on a brewing controversy between China and the Houston Rockets — and was promptly denounced by several Capitol Hill lawmakers and 2020 presidential hopefuls for "kowtowing" to the foreign power.

Rockets general manager Daryl Morey waded into geopolitical tensions Friday, posting an image on Twitter that said “fight for freedom, stand with Hong Kong,” in the midst of ongoing pro-democracy protests and clashes with police in the region.

Texas Sen. Ted Cruz defended the GM of his home state team: “As a lifelong @HoustonRockets fan, I was proud to see @dmorey call out the Chinese Communist Party’s repressive treatment of protesters in Hong Kong. Now, in pursuit of big $$, the @nba is shamefully retreating.”

“It’s clear that the @NBA is more interested in money than human rights. Tonight’s statement from Commissioner Silver is an absolute joke,” Florida Republican Sen. Rick Scott tweeted, referring to Adam Silver. “The NBA is kowtowing to Beijing to protect their bottom line and disavowing those with the temerity to #standwithHongKong. Shameful!”

So wait, Sondland gave $1million to Trump inauguration, has no experience in foreign diplomacy

Appears to be part of this Ukraine conspiracy but they want us to believe they were investigating corruption? They are running around saying Hunter should not have had this job because he had no experience so something must be amiss? Sonland had no foreign diplomacy experience. Yet after giving $1million to Trump he gets an Ambassador position?

I swear you can't make this shit up! The audacity of bullshit that comes from this administration.

What happened to Rudy Giuliani? It's a long story

I'm happy to see someone write this article. As a former NYer, I had no respect for Giuliani.

I did not see what people were so enamored about after 9/11. That was a slam dunk for any mayor.

His tenure as mayor prior to that was frustrating for many.

What happened to Rudy Giuliani? It's a long story

(CNN)Joe Biden's presidential campaign recently asked TV networks to stop booking Rudy Giuliani as a guest. Good luck with that.

The Rudy Show is a hot ticket. It's a mesmerizing, wild-eyed performance that invites an inevitable question: What happened to Rudy? The truth is, nothing happened. The Rudy we see today, with his showstopping mix of conviction and incoherence, is the same Rudy we've always had. The only thing new is his predicament.

Now think about the fact that Giuliani happily went after squeegee men ( for the unfamiliar, guys that come up to your car asking to clean your windshield for a small fee, think they used to ask for $1 back then) Many were homeless.

Yet as State atty and then mayor - under his watch, Trump committed major crimes. The America's mayor is complete bullshit!

50 Ukrainian soldiers died while Trump held up aid

David Frum just said that on Lawrence O'Donnell...
Shameful. Lets not forget that this is not just about politics in America
I think back to the horror on Zelensky's face as he sat next to Trump.
What an impossible position for him to be in. His country and people under siege and wanting so badly to defend his people and country.

I think that story needs to be amplified. People died because of Trump's antics. Who really wants to defend that? Let the Republicans spin that story and defend that. I am sure they will, however I think it will further drive away suburban voters and Trump triers.

Where are the right to life people? re: deporting sick children

Once again crickets. .....

They prove time and time again, their right to life arguments are all about controlling what a woman does with her body. Shouldn't right to life and protecting life mean that you protect these sick children too?

I'm old enough to remember the Terry Schiavo fiasco.... The right to lifers and republicans lost their collective minds. With this new Trump administration rule to deport these children and adults that are receiving life saving treatments you are handing them potential death sentences. Its like pulling the plug. Just like they were outraged about Schiavo, should they not be outraged about pulling the plug on these sick people? So again, where are the right to lifers? They show their hypocrisy over and over again. Are they not distressed by any of this? Children dying in weeks or months after being told by this govt to leave access to their medical treatment?

Breaking Hate- Anyone watching?

So Jeff just said - He wants out because "I see a lot of violence coming"

I know the episode just started - don't know how serious he is But that sentence struck me.

What did he expect? They were not meeting for tea and crumpets. So now that you have people that are actually willing to be more than provocative - willing to actually commit mass murder based on what Jeff and others have been teaching. He wants out? I just don't know what he expected all these years. That it would just be rallies for shits and giggles? Nothing " serious" would ever happen"? People were not going to get hurt or die based on this rhetoric?

Still watching. I hope he changes and works to help others change but that just struck me.

I'm a liberal but voting for Trump - Trumpkin lies- Why aren't they confident in their own agenda?

So I recently relocated from GA to FL. Yesterday I saw a group of men with a big sign saying I'm liberal but voting for Trump. They were laughing and yukking it up and having a good ol time on that street corner. They got some honks, seemingly in support as people were driving by so I'm sure they felt emboldened and good about it.

I was going to engage them, but on second thought I decided against it. - a lone black woman speaking to a bunch of white men supporting Trump, hooting and hollering - might not be such a good idea.

I really wanted to ask about the sign. I doubt any of them were truly liberals. So then, my next question would have been, why make such a sign? Liberals for Trump? Doesn't make sense. If you like the Trump agenda, why not make a sign about what you like? The children in cages, "he speaks his mind" - you know how he calls powerful women nasty, calls minorities low IQ. I like the tax cuts and de-regulations. Why not be specific about what you like.

I then smiled after being a bit bothered by the sign at first. I thought, well if you are not willing to say why you actually like Trump and are voting for him, but instead make a sign lying about being a liberal - you must not be confident in your guy winning eh? I'm still puzzled by the sign. Did they think they would change the minds of liberals passing by?
