This was just revealed in the police news conference! He stole a car from a dealership last Tues- police gave chase- they abandoned the chase due to safety issues supposedly - The car had GPS and was later located at his apartment complex. So WTF happened from Tues to Sun?

So does this mean we are going to see more funding for mental health?
So I've heard Trump say twice in the last month- these are mental health problems - regarding the Vegas shooter and yesterday's shooter. So does that mean he's willing to increase funding for mental health? I'm a mental health nurse and we sure could use the extra money. Just wondering.
By the way, I don't know if any of these men had mental health issues. From my experience, People with mental health issues are more likely to be victims of crime than perpetrators. I'll take the money though if he's willing to increase funding for mental health.

I'm sorry, I don't know how to post videos yet. This video is a must watch. This guy has no business being an officer of the law. Makes me wonder how much psych eval is being done to ensure that law enforcement officers are mentally stable. Luckily no one was killed.
