Elon may have trouble with Apple and his lack of moderation stance. Same with Google.
With no moderation the EU could ban Twitter also.

Elon Musk is willing to build his own smartphone if Twitter gets kicked out of Apple's App Store.
Apple demands "safety" for users as a condition of apps being on its powerful platform.
With Musk's changes to Twitter's content moderation, it could land outside Apple's rules.
Elon Musk has a simple plan if Apple decides to boot Twitter from the App Store. The billionaire will create his own smartphone.
Musk wrote in a Friday tweet he would "make an alternative phone" to compete with Apple's iPhone if the tech giant ends up blocking Twitter from its powerful App Store.
Since taking over Twitter at the end of October, Musk has made many changes to the platform, including extensive layoffs and firings of personnel, which have led to resignations executives in charge of data privacy and content moderation. Before he offered to buy Twitter for $44 billion, Musk criticized Twitter for undermining democracy by failing to uphold "free speech principles" and not long before called himself a "free speech absolutist."
Musk's stance on content moderation is essentially to allow speech that does not violate law. In addition, he is reportedly planning to try and make money for Twitter off of adult content or pornography, similar to the site Ony Fans. Under previous leadership like Jack Dorsey, content moderation was more deliberate and focused on "safety" for users, banning pornography, hate speech and violence. Musk has quickly moved to reinstate a number of users banned for such content, like former president Donald Trump.
Finally going to the Dogs.
Canary Islands. The farthest part of Spain from us in Europe.
My wife wanted to go some where warmer than Munich. Rain and sub 45 F forecast for the next week.
She had trouble making up her mind so we are doing a German vacation.
Charter flight to a beach hotel for a week.
Never done this type of vacation before. Normally we rattle around places.
I was reading that a large number of Evangelist ministers said that God told them there would be a red wave and the GOP would take over government. So what happened?
Did these ministers lie? They don't really get messages from God. Did God lie to them?
Now there are Evangelical ministers saying that Trump duped them. How does that happen when you supposedly have God's ear and he talks to you?
Inquiring minds want to know.
God is some joker. He lead a bunch of ministers on while thinking people knew that Trump was a fraud.
That I make my pumpkin cheesecake.
So I complied. It is quite easy since I have already translated to German ingredients and measurements.
Fortunately we managed to find some willing victims to eat about half...
Ein Stuck mit Schlagraum
I get to see if I can get permanent residence status in Germany or just another long visa. My wife has her's already. One would think but bureaucracy is bureaucracy and the Germans have mastered it.
And those over 65. They have the highest death totals for over 65 in the country.
They now report every two weeks and drop a weeks numbers. Don't count visitors, only citizens of Florida.
Anything to make the numbers look better.
This could get interesting. The GOP in the state lied to keep it from passing but it got 73% in favor of disclosure of large donations of campaign cash.
PHOENIX Voters in Arizona, sharply divided over which candidates should represent them, found broad agreement Tuesday on a different matter those candidates should not take office propelled by major sums of undisclosed money.
That was the message sent by an emphatic victory for a ballot measure to curb undisclosed spending in political races, sometimes referred to as dark money. The money is veiled because it travels through nonprofits, which are exempt under current law from disclosing their donors.
The measure, Proposition 211, requires any group making independent expenditures of at least $50,000 in statewide races or $25,000 in other races to report donors contributing more than $5,000.
Voters favored that idea by a lopsided margin, with about 73 percent backing the measure based on ballots tabulated by Wednesday morning, prompting the Associated Press to declare the measure a winner. Only uncontested races and a handful of state legislative and judicial contests had wider margins in incomplete results.
Found this in a newsletter and thought I would try to make it.
My wife approved of it. Good solid mushroom flavor.
Roasted mushroom soup. Uses about 1.5 lbs of mushrooms, about 4 shallots, and 1 can of white beans.
Chop and roast/broil the mushrooms and shallots (quartered) with a little oil and salt and pepper.
Heat up about 1.5 quarts stock of your liking and add the drained and rinsed beans. Add the roasted veggies to the stock while withholding about a 1/4-1/2 cup for garnish.
Blend until smooth.
I served it with crunchy bread and a salad.
On my cell phone, Handy, here in Germany. They are sending out a message to check emergency notification systems.
Does anyone know if any states do such a thing?
