'Powerful senators won't believe me': New violent and explicit accusation surfaces against Brett Kav

Source: Rawstory

The Senate Judiciary Committee posted a letter from an individual. Kavanaugh was asked about the evening prior to Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony last week. The individual’s name was censored, but the content is violent and disturbing.

“Kavanaugh and a friend offered me a ride home,” the person wrote in her letter. “I don’t know the other boy’s name. I was in his car to go home. His friend was behind me in the backseat. Kavanaugh kissed me forcefully. I told him I only wanted a ride home. Kavanaugh continued to grope me over my clothes, forcing his kisses on me and putting his hand under my sweater. ‘No,’ I yelled at him.”

The source said that the boy in the backseat reached around and put his hand over the source’s mouth and held her to keep her in the car.

“I screamed into his hand. Kavanaugh continued his forcing himself on me,” the source continued. “He pulled up my sweater and bra exposing my breasts, and reached into my panties, inserting his fingers into my vagina. My screams were silenced by the boy in the backseat covering my mouth and groping me as well.”

The accuser then said that Kavanaugh slapped her and told her to be quiet before forcing her to perform oral sex on him.

“He climaxed in my mouth. They forced me to go into the backseat and took turns raping me several times each,” the source said. “They dropped me off two blocks from my home. ‘No one will believe if you tell. Be a good girl,’ he told me.”

Leading Catholic magazine retracts Kavanaugh endorsement: 'No longer in the best interests of the co

Source: Rawstory

“For the good of the country and the future credibility of the Supreme Court in a world that is finally learning to take reports of harassment, assault and abuse seriously, it is time to find a nominee whose confirmation will not repudiate that lesson,” they write.

It's got to be pretty bad if a Catholic magazine withdraws it's endorsement of a nominee.

Amid all the tRump clusterfucks going on, the lessons of the Great Recession aren't being given

enough attention by the MSM, up to, and including the actions this greedy, incompetent administration is taking that are accelerating the risk of an even bigger economic catastrophe.

Deregulation... (ticking time-bomb?)

Interesting take-down article on the Anonymous OP author.

Can a complaint be filed against Kavanaugh for lying under oath in his confirmation hearings?

According to Slate in the below article

Lisa Graves is urging impeachment proceedings of a sitting judge. I agree that Kavanaugh should be impeached but it it unlikely to happen (for the same reasons tRump isn't being impeached). The impeachment process is described here

But maybe there is something else that can be done and that is by filing a complaint against a judge for judicial misconduct.

One example of misconduct is "engaging in partisan political activity or making inappropriately partisan statements." I just haven't figured out who would be the best party or parties to file such a complaint/s.

Any thoughts?

Telling pictures from the Kavanaugh hearings.

There were three pics that caught my eye.

1. The close-up shot of Kavanaugh's mug. His mouth is very pinched.

2. The picture of Kavanaugh refusing to shake Mr. Guttenberg's hand.

3. The one of McGahn's expression as he was fixedly looking at Kavanaugh.

Anyone care to share their impressions?
