Is not a defense, or being to stupid or unwilling to determine what is the truth when confronted with facts is not an excuse. Murder and being a part of one makes them accessories, along with those that help incite them with lies. This will all be exposed who was the ones behind this event, and helped plan and execute it, and they all will face charges no matter who trump pardons.
When the new DOJ and AG get into office, Justice will be going after all these criminals. trump still uses lies to incite people , why , to intimidate , and to promote violence for him, and to use as a money generator for him. This will all backfire on trump, and all involved, and justice will prevail. When they start getting sentences they'll become remorseful regretting what they did. The walls are closing in more on trump and his allies every day for all the crimes they're involved in, and trump can't obstruct that any more.
Can trump and others who prodded these extremists to riot and attack the Capital,
Be charged by state charges for murder, or others crimes that aren't federal? In case he pardons everyone , including himself. Doesn't that take away all of them their right to use the 5th? Would that also lead to having them all having to testify without being able to use that another avenue to expose a lot more , and create more charges ?

Trump recently got a IG investigation of him and his wife stopped, then Democrats took control over the Senate. Now he and the wife knows the investigations will expose them both for lots of crimes, and getting bribes from enemies. MM also may have known about the capital attack coming, which would make him in an even worse legal position. The attack was planned, and some knew what was going to happen. MM and his wife knows what's coming after them now, Justice.Expect him to resign soon, likely claiming his health. His wife lied why she left too.

And will get help now to remain in office with more attacks. They both have too much to lose if Biden gets in from getting exposed. Some republicans are compromised, and are being forced to help, or become exposed too. Just by listening to them you know who they are. The Capital attack was planned by them.
