Guy has several chronic diseases. He is anti-vaxer, "sheeple," and all that bullshit.
So he gets in hospital with Rona. Check himself out of hospital because he didn't like hospital regimentation. (We can all agree with that). The next FB post is him IN A FUCKING BAR with beer glasses in front of him. HE HAS LIVE CORONA and he's going out in public.
Three days later, he's back in E.R., followed by ventilator. Yesterday, while on ventilator, he had a stroke.
Have you ever seen a person on a ventilator? They can't talk. Their hands are restrained so they can't write anything or post on an iPad.
Now add a stroke to that.
What a shitty final exit.
Hunterdon County 4H Fair last night.
One folding table outside of tents. Guy siting next to it on a chair.
Table was loaded with anti-vax literature.
New neighbor, immigrant from Bangladesh.
He is 20.
It is raining and I have several windows open. He is outside, sitting on his porch and singing to himself in his native language. Of course, I have no idea what the translation would be but I am enjoying, just listening to him..
The song is soft and seems kind of sad. I could walk over and ask him about the song but why spoil our mood. I will just continue listening to him.
My dumb-ass cousin is taking the horse worm meds.

She says she is getting it from a pharmacist (Torrence Ca.) who supports vaccines but is willing to sell it to her.
N.J. community is debating removal of Jefferson's name from an elementary school.
So far, none of the pro/anti arguments were breaking new territory or offering new insight until the argument that Malcom X's Autobio should be banned because he was a burglar, racist, pro-violent and disrespect of women.

So he's got several diseases. Last week, he gets hospitalized with Covid and asks for prayers. Somehow he is surviving. Yesteday, signs himself out because he doesn't like the hospital regimen.
Today, he posts a picture of himself at the local tavern, beer in his hand.

Slight dizziness.and feeling tired. Going on for several days.
I have sleep aph but the CPAP is logging that my sleep is ok.
Maybe another inner ear infection.
Going to Doc-in-the-box this afternoon.
I am an officer in a hiking club. We have a liability waiver... usual stuff pertaining to dangers of
hiking. Including, "You are responsible for yourself."
Now comes covid. Does it make sense to add to the liability waiver? Do they ever protect anyone against anything?
Personally, I have an umbrella policy attached to my renters policy. I am also judgement proof since I have no assets.
It was a thing of beauty.
My N.j. suburban high school, 60th. class reunion coming up. Our class produced many high achievers: several M.D.s, engineers, lawyers, business executives and even one Nobel laureate. (Sorry, I was not one of the high achievers.)
Reunion plans have proceeded with the usual email stuff of who is planning to attend, describe your life and so forth. This was fine for me until my best friend in elementary school. Donny, posts two photos of himself in MAGA regalia. One was Trump 2020 and the other was "Make America...."
Two days went by without anyone responding. Then comes Dr. C....., M.D. He was our class president. His email tag takes about 1/3 of a page: .... C, M.D., Professor of Medicine, well known medical school, Founder and Director Emeritus of ..... Department of Medicine at school and other titles and positions.
He responds to Donny, "Don, I hope you are pulling our leg with the Trump costume. He then goes on, paragraph after paragraph about the harm Trump has done to our country, our politics, the environment, our international relations and on and on.
It was a thing of beauty.
"Go, go, go, Class of 60" --- our class motto.
That was last Sunday. So far, there has been no response from Donny.
