I watched Bill Clinton's very public apology ... two of them. That is more than most men in his position would do today and certainly would have done in the 90's.
The media is complicit in framing this issue at a time when so much is riding on what Trump is doing with the Presidency. It's like they (the media) can't be satisfied unless they are carrying the diversion bucket of water for the GOP and the Trump administration. They did it with Benghazi and now they are doing it with the Me Too movement.
Why would this even come up at a fictional book publicity appearance? Many here just can't get enough of trashing the Clintons.
They wear the historical smearing well. They are still together, they are still doing social service and charitable events. They are loving parents and grandparents. Life goes on. Democrats will never support their own as the GOP does...and they win again.
In many ways, our allies in the EU, Canada, and Mexico are our eyes and ears around the world.
Their intel helps us in many ways.
I believe the tariff punishment of the EU, Canada and Mexico, but especially the EU is pay back for ally intelligence that exposed the information that made up most of the infamous dossier. It was intel from GB and France and some from Germany that validated much of the dossier. Trump has hated GB for the roll their former intel official played in creating and sending the dossier to McCain.
He hates when anything is exposed about how much help he received during 2016 to be able to win the electoral college. He really believes and wants everyone else to believe that he is more liked and respected than either Obama or Hillary.
This trade stuff is his payback. Never mind he will destabilize work economies.

I hope not. She is not afraid to ask the hard questions. I always thought she was too good at her craft to last long. She will be going the way of Soledad, Tamara, Melissa Perry, Carole Simpson?
