If he doesn't resign by Monday, Democrat Patrick Hope will introduce the articles of impeachment, which he already requested to be drafted.
After lawmakers in the Virginia Capitol had dodged reporters for days when asked about Tyson's allegations, at least one state delegate -- Patrick Hope of Arlington -- told CNN on Friday that he has begun the process of drafting articles of impeachment against Fairfax and is prepared to introduce them on Monday if the lieutenant governor does not resign before then.
Hope said he believes that Fairfax should and will resign before then but, if he doesn't, he has asked the legislative services to begin drafting the articles of impeachment to be introduced on Monday morning.

A Saudi dissident close to the murdered journalist Jamal Khashoggi has filed a lawsuit charging that an Israeli software company helped the royal court take over his smartphone and spy on his communications with Mr. Khashoggi.
The lawsuit puts new pressure on the company, the NSO Group, and on the government of Israel, which licenses the company’s sales to foreign governments of its spyware, known as Pegasus. More broadly, the suit also calls new attention to Israel’s increasingly open alliance with Saudi Arabia and other Persian Gulf monarchies.
The software, which was used in Khashoggi's phone, can also take over the microphone and camera.

Michael Sanchez , The brother of Jeff Bezos' mistress (Lauren Sanchez) is a Trump supporter, and has recently been in touch with Roger Stone and has also met Carter Page, according to this Daily Beast article from 8 days ago:

Those documents show that Sanchez was also in contact with another figure caught up in the Russia investigations, former Trump campaign foreign policy adviser Carter Page.
Page told The Daily Beast that he and Sanchez have a personal and professional relationship. “Michael is a friend and his agency, Axis Management, has represented me in the past,” he said in a text message. Page also said that Sanchez had “arranged my appearance at Politicon in L.A. last October.” Page declined to go into further detail when asked about the last time that he spoke to Sanchez.

A lawyer for Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax sent a letter to NBCUniversal demanding NBC correct reports from reporters that Fairfax directed profanities toward the professor who accused him of a sexual assault in 2004.
Rakesh Kilaru of Wilkinson Walsh + Eskovitz sent the letter Wednesday demanding NBC cease and desist from reporting that Fairfax said "f--- that b----" at Vanessa Tyson in a private caucus meeting on Monday night, and cease and desist from attributing any other false and unsubstantiated statements to Fairfax.
The letter said NBC reporting staff told Fairfax's communications director, Lauren Burke, that NBC would "be pulling the initial false reports," but said tweets from reporters remained online.

Democrats in Florida are calling for his resignation.
Some Florida Democrats are calling for the resignation of Republican state Rep. Anthony Sabatini after a photo of him wearing blackface in high school resurfaced this week — an image the lawmaker says is taken out of context.
The photo of Sabatini was mailed anonymously to media in Lake County, Fla., during his campaign last fall, the Orlando Sentinel reported Tuesday. It has taken on new life, however, amid recent blackface controversies involving other politicians, including Ralph Northam, the Democratic governor of Virginia.
I have a feeling this won't be the last Republican to be exposed. They wanted to play this game.
