Heather French Henry is the Dem candidate for SOS and she has the potential to a superstar. She is a former Miss America and very popular in Kentucky. She actually had more votes than ANY other candidate in any party during the May primary.
The Obama deportation issue
Can someone clarify this issue for me? Are we progressives saying that there shouldn't be deportations at all or only for certain crimes? I'm confused by the issue. How can Biden answer if he supports deportations or not when it's really a case by case issue. If an undocumented immigrant commits a robbery, I always assumed they'd be deported. I think 99% of Americans would agree with this. If there was a high level of deportations under Obama, then is there evidence that they shouldn't have been deported? Were they denied due process or something? I thought they were deported cause they broke some sort of law and shouldn't have been in the country. I just think it's an incredibly complex issue that can't be answered with a yes or no.
