Defund The IRS?
The first Magat bill wants to defund the IRS, pretty radical move. It does appear to me that Trump controls the IRS.
The Trump.org criminal trial uncovered tax fraud by Trump. He claimed a 700 million dollar bogus tax deduction that gave him a refund and got him out of paying taxes. Every expert that I see on TV says the IRS should go after Trump, but hell no it won't because Trump doesn't want to be audited. Trump tells the IRS who to audit, people like his enemies, Andrew Mccabe and James Comey.
WTF, there is no good reason for the IRS to not question Trump about his 700 million dollar deduction.
Brazil Is Following The Money
Brazil is going to investigate who funded the insurrection. I don't know, that seems to be way up the pyramid.
We followed the money in the US until the trail led to a Supreme Court justice's wife. Who knows maybe the money trail in Brazil will lead to the same people?
Brazil learned from us, the day after the insurrection thousands poured into the streets demanding that the insurrectionists not be given amnesty. In the US our House is investigating how jails are treating our insurrectionists.
Cassidy Hutchinson May Have Been Fani's Star Witness
Criminal cases are much harder to prove than civil cases, one must prove criminal intent, that the perp knew he was committing a crime.
Enter Cassidy Hutchinson, she was in the White House with Mark Meadows when Trump walked by and stated, "we can't let this get out, we can't let anybody know that we lost." Oh and, Fani also subpoenaed Mark Meadows. This was before the Raffensperger phone call.
What a crucial witness that took DOJ by surprise when she testified before the J6 committee.
My Local Library Works Better Than The National Archives
I said this many months ago and the majority disagreed with me, so I say it again.
I check out a book and my book is stamped and recorded. If I bring the book back late I pay a fine. If I don't bring the book back after a period of time the library calls me.
The National Archives had no idea that classified documents found in President Biden's office building were missing.
The National Archives still does not know exactly what classified documents that Trump stole are still missing.
I have yet to get an explanation of why documents that are chained to a courier when taken to the Oval Office still ended up in the basement of Mar-el-Loco?
I understand why so many documents were able to be packed up and stolen from Trump's White House. Trump's White House Staff Secretary who would have been responsible for classified documents left in the Oval office had resigned. Trump tasked Mark Meadows to replace the White House Staff Secretary.
Mark Meadows was involved in everything, he is the key person to bring Trump down. Fani Willis subpoenaed Meadows, do not know if as a witness or a target, maybe she will indict him, if so, guaranteed he will flip.
Why Does Merrick Garland Keep Saying He Won't Be Partisan?
It pisses me off when Garland keeps saying that his investigations are not partisan. Why is he saying this? How many members of the Democratic party tried to overturn our election? How many members were complicit in an attempted coup?
When Garland keeps saying he won't be partisan, isn't he really being partisan against members of the Democratic party? Isn't he being partisan against every law abiding American citizen who wants to see accountability?
Just stop it, your investigations are in fact partisan, as well they should be. Only 1 political party tried to overturn our election and was complicit in a violent coup.
IMO his saying he won't be partisan gives credence to the insurrectionists.
Does this mean that sitting members of Congress have immunity? Scott Perry is under investigation by the FBI, had his cell phone seized, so maybe not? I bet we see Perry put on either the new Church-like committee today or on the judiciary committee.
Our top law enforcement official needs to understand that only one major political party is trying to bring down our democracy.
Maybe I am being overly dramatic, so be it. Saying He won't be partisan still upsets me, and by the way Merrick, Magats have stated they want to defund the FBI and DOJ and want to investigate them, and want to shut down your investigations, are they not being partisan?

They don't have to be smart or intelligent.
ALEC and other lobbyists have been writing their Bills for decades.
The Federalist Society has been picking their judges and justices for decades.
They are being funded by domestic oligarchs, the Mercers, Kochs, DeVos, Thiel. They are probably being funded by foreign oligarchs.
The MSM is owned and managed by domestic oligarchs who push the far right narratives who control the talking points.
It does not matter if every Congressional Magat is a blubbering moran, someone will tell them how to vote and what to say. Do you notice when they go on TV they all parrot the exact same talking points, almost if someone smart scripted it for them. Also, go from cable channel to cable channel and the news anchors are also parroting the same talking points. MSNBC may put a progressive talking point on a topic but they nonetheless are talking about what the oligarchs want them talking about.
Is George Santos A US Citizen?
Holy shit how hard is it to find out? If he was born in NY he worked in Brazil for many years, so did he have a passport? How hard is it to find that out?
I understand that he is being investigated but investigations into Republicans take a very long time.
If Santos was naturalized it takes 7 years before he can run for office.
Holy hell, president Barack Obama produced his legal birth certificate and his long form birth certificate, where is the clamor to see Santos' proof of citizenship? Are any members of the Democratic party asking to see his bc?

That is a quote today from Adam Schiff speaking about DOJ.
Schiff went on to say that there is no reason that the J6 committee did so much in the same time period as DOJ, when DOJ has so much more manpower and clout.
The insurrection is growing.
Frank Figliusi just said that they have infiltrated the House and made the House weaker, no matter the Speaker, and that makes our country weaker.
Two years since the assault on the Capitol. The Michigan SOS sent a criminal referral to DOJ over a year ago and only this week has DOJ responded, scratch that, only this week has Jack Smith responded.
