Yeah I'm mainly talking to the legal beagles here. When the court rules if Trump should be removed from the Colorado ballot, or not, that doesn't mean that it interpreted the law correctly.
The Supreme Court's job is to call balls and strikes, with no partiality to the pitcher or to the opposing team. This court has shown that it is not impartial, this court has shown that it leans one way in favor of Benedict Donald.
So when the court does its thing today and rules that Trump is allowed on the ballot, my response will be, So what? We all knew that is how it would rule.
I only go to a handful of sources for my news and in this case, I go to a renowned judge, judge Luttig. Judge Luttig laid out the reasons why the Supreme Court should not allow Benedict Donald on any ballot, and I believe and trust in him, he would have made a fantastic justice.
The key point to watch for in this decision is the reasoning for allowing Benedict Donald on the ballot. The tell that the court was not impartial will be its flimsy reasoning. The only cure is to add more justices and I don't see that happening.
Why Immigration Increases Under Biden.
Immigration increases because of Putin and his Congressional Magat allies.
When social media is flooded with the right wing narratives that the United States has open borders, guess what is going to happen? Immigrants from other countries see that and react to that.
Putin has done the same thing in Europe, flooding European countries with immigrants which then gives rise to right wing white nationalists.
It's as plain as day why immigration increases, Magats want it to increase.

The Secrecy Of The Supreme Court Is Ridiculous
So we know that at least 5 justices had to vote to keep the stay in place. Was the vote 5-4 with Clarence Thomas casting the deciding vote being prodded by his wife to do so? It would look really bad if that vote was 5-4, not as bad if it were 6-3 or higher.
Does the minority get to write an opinion for us to see? I guess not. Why Not? I heard that the court was taking so long because someone was writing a dissenting opinion. I guess that only works one way, to benefit Magats.
Shouldn't we be protesting at the Supreme Court right now? I'm up for a road trip, my sister lives nearby.
Any Tax Experts Out There
Trump's super pacs and the RNC and Go Fund Me are paying for Trump's lawyers.
Does Trump have to claim that money on his taxes? The money he is using is for his personal expenses.
Adam Schiff Asks, Would Garland Have Indicted Trump
Adam Schiff, at the 4 minute mark of the video makes a stunning statement; if it weren't for the J6 select committee shaming DOJ would DOJ have indicted Trump at all? Schiff is saying without the J6 committee publicly showing all of Trump's crimes, DOJ may not have indicted Trump. Pretty chilling statement coming from a former prosecutor.
The Supreme Court Can Act Quickly - When It Affects Magats
When Colorado removed Trump from its ballot, Magats appealed to the Supreme Court. The court took the appeal in 2 freaking days and stayed taking Trump off the ballot. The court hasn't ruled yet and it is getting time to print the ballots. I guess that Trump will get on the ballot without the Supreme Court even giving a decision.

If Benedict Donald wins (he won't) Clarence Thomas and Sam Alito plan to resign so Trump can put 2 more of his handpicked cronies on the court. Trump won't be selecting names from the Federalist Society.

I apologize big time. At the start of the Fani Willis hearings I said I trusted judge McAfee. Holy shit do I apologize. he is one racist mother fucker. he is a piece of trash. Not only that, he is the president of the Federalist Society in Georgia.
I double apologize. Now I'm not sure how he will rule but no way should Fani be removed from the trial.
Some Good News On A Lousy Day
The Alvin Bragg/Trump trial is scheduled for March 25th, it is going to happen.
The appeals are over, as a matter of fact when Trump tried to get the trial moved to federal court he waived his immunity claim.
The Supreme Court can take 3 months and it won't affect this trial.
Well maybe statute of limitations? never mind.
