DOJ needs definitions of racial terms
Anyone can call anything by a name. Just pick any word for any meaning and yes, the court's will say that is free speech.
Buy when DOJ needs to file hate crimes; certain words need very specific definitions for the court to understand.
Let's define the words, set them into legal precedent and let the future use our interpretation of history.
"...while black, asian, native, hispanic' should never be part of any legal definition of an action.
"Three dead after police conduct 'cultural diversity' survey' in High Crime Neighborhoods"
is a headline I am not looking forward to anytime soon, or late.
