Do the administrative law courts just go out of business now?

Or are appeals from their rulings into the court system just being invited and popularized by this SCOTUS ruling today?

Do Republicans want to legalize machine guns?

Is that what we can expect if they get into office?

Americans, please vote against the legalization of machine guns by voting AGAINST REPUBLICANS.

Mike DeWine is fighting to get Biden on the Ohio ballot?

That's classy.

Why is he doing that?

Is "gal Friday" still a socially acceptable term for an assistant?

I never read Robinson Crusoe.

But isn't the character of Friday an indigenous person encountered by the castaway who becomes a devoted servant?

So in the context of a modern female assistant, the reference seems quite tainted with a white and male supremacist worldview.

If you were brainstorming Truth Social posts.

In Trump's outer or inner voice.

"Screwed MacDougal. So what?"

Aileen Cannon HAS TO BE taking secret direction from team Trump.

Pretty sure "Judge" Cannon isn't smart enough to pull off a Trump escape on her own.

There's more going on here than being favorably influenced by much better lawyers than herself who want Trump to walk free.

No, she is following guidance funneled to her concerning every detail of how this case is handled.

She obiously wants to set Trump free in a manner which enables her to preserve her lifetime judicial appointment.

I sense an ongoing ethical violation, if not outright corruption.

A whistle blower somewhere in the process needs to expose this.

SCOTUS nomination hearings at the C-SPAN archive.

I'm trying to identify where Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett each reassured the Judiciary Committee and the nation that Roe was safe, settled law.

Is my memory failing, or didn't all three of them do that?

Those specific excerpts need to be recycled in a campaign ad which highlights the kind of treacherous shits Trump imposed upon us.

If I lived in Gaza and knew where hostages were being kept

how would I get that information to the Israel Defense Forces?

Assuming that release of the hostages was something I thought would begin to restore normal life?

And assuming I was courageous enough to risk being killed by their captors?

Replacing Biden would be a "certifiably crazy" move.

The chairman of the Democratic National Committee said the idea of replacing President Joe Biden as the party's candidate and winning the election in November is "certifiably crazy actually."

DNC Chair Jaime Harrison made the comment in a late-night reply Monday on X to a Biden-supporting poster who said it's "insane and frankly stupid" to think the party would "usurp the nomination" from Biden and choose a replacement behind closed doors, especially one who's not current-Vice President Kamala Harris.

Bottom line: Joe cannot be replaced. Assuming his current level of good health, he can only (1) run, or (2) voluntarily step aside and endorse a replacement.

Trump may have changed the rules of the game. But the advantage of incumbency is absolute and immutable, and is solely up to the incumbent to relinquish.

The gospel according to chairman Harrison.
