Wondering if police are realizing these "militias" are not their friends...

And maybe start treating them with more animosity like these groups are trying to kill them, and less like deputies of the law.

One of the first steps of a Biden presidency should be to reinstate the assault weapons ban.

That should help derail the lawless gang movement substantially, I would think.

The morons are nothing without their guns.

My ballot has been received after I mailed it in, BUT

So I checked up on my ballot and was delighted to see that my ballot was received and accepted after it was scanned a couple days ago by the post office to say it was on it's way to the elections office. I mailed my ballot at the same time as my wife and dropped it into the same post office box. I went ahead and checked on hers as well, to find that not only has it not been received, but it still hasn't been scanned by the post office as being on its way to the elections office. What gives?

I don't think Biden should have agreed to the town hall

Or any more debates. Not only is there a danger involved with interacting with more people -especially the covid king, but there isn't a whole lot to gain from it as he is beginning to enjoy 10-15 point leads heading into the mid and sometimes upper fifties. More exposure is probably risking losing some of that advantage.

I think on election night, after he loses, somebody needs to do a deepfake of trump doing this

Maybe? Maybe not?

My dem candidate for state senate is awesome. Running on Edwards' Two Americas

in a purple district with a scandal ridden Senator. California already has a strong filibuster proof majority in the state legislature, but I imagine this guy would be an excellent addition:

Watching Biden's incredible speech in Gettysburg

Some of it brought tears, and I have one thing to say:

Joe Biden -assuming he wins in November, could very well go down as the greatest president of the 21st century.

These polls are encouraging for getting rid of the orange diahrea

Soon. But even more so is the amazing policy that we can start seeing passed now that the GOP may finally not be a factor in making laws or signing them, very soon.

As soon as possible, we must pass a constitutional amendment to

Elect our president by popular vote. I suspect this year or the next general election, could get us close to what we would need to end the electoral college A constitutional amendment to elect the president by popular vote would do two things

1) It would abolish the archaic system of the electoral college, and

2) Get rid of any concern that state legislatures could have to unilaterally override the popular vote of their state (which is already basically impossible btw).

It would have a multitude of positive impacts on our system of government, one of which would allow us to actually feel like a democracy for once.
