he Supreme Court is relentlessly funding and empowering Christian fascism. It not only overturned Roe v. Wade, ending a constitutional right to an abortion, but ruled on June 21 that Maine may not exclude religious schools from a state tuition program. It has ruled that a Montana state program to support private schools must include religious schools. It ruled that a 40-foot cross could remain on state property in suburban Maryland. It upheld the Trump administration regulation allowing employers to deny birth control coverage to female employees on religious grounds. It ruled that employment discrimination laws do not apply to teachers at religious schools. It ruled that a Catholic social services agency in Philadelphia could ignore city rules and refuse to screen same-sex couples applying to take in foster children. It neutered the 1965 Voting Rights Act. It watered down laws allowing workers to combat sexual and racial harassment in court. It reversed century-old campaign finance restrictions to permit corporations, private groups and oligarchs to spend unlimited funds on elections, a system of legalized bribery, in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission. It permitted states to opt out of the Affordable Care Act’s Medicaid expansion. It undercut the ability of public sector unions to raise funds. It forced workers with legal grievances to submit their complaints to privatized arbitration boards. It ruled that states cannot restrict the right to carry concealed weapons in public. It ruled that suspects cannot sue police who neglect to read them their Miranda warnings and use their statements against them in court. Outlawing contraception, same-sex marriage and same-sex consensual relations are probably next. Only 25 percent of those polled say they have confidence in Supreme Court decisions.

Let's face it. The leak shows that the court may agree that all MEN are created equal but Women are not equal to men and women are not entitled to the same rights and bodily autonomy as men.
The ruling is also a death sentence for women who disagree with the "instant baby" insanity opinion based on 2000+ years of erroneous / false biological lies and women who use their reason to terminate a process while it is in process but incomplete.

So i'm finding this confusing!
I fully understand why the anti womens rights pro deathers get confused and insist that a pregnant human is two people but refuse to discuss how the reproductive graft part can exercise its rights without enslaving the host part - which is unconstitutional.
Now I am seeing two distinct persons being legally treated as a single entity simply because one is a member of the USSC, I understand the holy babble says that with marriage "the two shall become "as" one, but that is symbolism and not reality. There is no proof that Clarence is doing the crime so he can't be automatically charged with Ginni's crimes.

Despite the 1st there seems to have been a religion surreptitiously formed this year. I've been hearing about "sacred ground" and "sacred ideas" (like democracy) being attacked - particularly since 1/6/21.
Have our journalists run out of words like "beloved, respected, archival, historic, peoples place, etc" just to name a few, when speaking of government buildings.
For a nation without an established religion there seem to be a lot of genuflecting and hands over heart along with other non-secular customs to put the lie to that claim.
