My psychiatrist said this morning to stop beating myself up

I told him about the car accident. I found out my deductible is $500. I'm not fixing the scrape on my car. So, making sure I didn't cancel the lady's claim, I canceled my collision appointment. Thats half a month's rent.

No word on getting the cobra check returned. Although they call themselves "customer centric" the COBRA company is not easy. You get sent from person to person, having to explain your tale to five different people. The reps attitude was that's kinda customers' tough luck. He's supposed to email me.

I got a letter from the PO that I have Informed Delivery. My two, one accidental accounts online say I don't. I should never have bothered signing up. I get the mail I get.

I just want to make sure nothing interferes woih my mail delivery.

Had a small fender bender at CVS

WEnt to get my meds, cvs pharmacy closed at 4 pm. No clue why. Was pulling out and, my fault, scraped a lady's car. We're both fine. Cops came and I called insurance.

It was the week from Hell.

Aspirin not helping.

Everything fucking up and I can't take it

I go to sign up on my phone for informed delivery. Already had an account with usps. Should have done it on pc. Some shit happened. Now I have 2 accounts and no ID. I'm not touching it again. No mail has been delivered today and I'm stressing if my fucking around may have done something to mail delivery.

I paid cobra online. First thing Monday, I called them to say I've paid online and canceled the check thats been in the mail system 3 weeks. They said no prob, note in my field to destroy check. They cashed it right before the cancel. No one read the note. Now I'm awaiting if I can get a refund. I'm only paying online.

I worry a lot. This has me spiraling.
