it's the Republicans in Washington D.C. that are dysfunctional.

NO Deal will work with the Dems because
the 20 will go ahead and vote for McCarthy rather than dealing with the Dems.
McCarthy will use it as leverage to entice the 20 to cave and leave the Dems holding a bag.

So we should in our speech point out the Great things he has done without one republican vote and also remind them of a few other things..
