About Me

After a year of seeing how conservatives can be, I'm tired of ranting and raving on social media. Not that I want to rant and rave here, but I want to find some people who might think more like me. I work in customer service. I have two dogs and two cats. I go to mass every week when there isn't a pandemic.

Myths vs. Facts about the vaccine.

I decided to "do my own research" about the vaccine and I found this article debunking a lot of the myths. I thought it might be good to share so people can show it to others who are hesitating about getting a vaccine.

Among the many reasons COVID-19 vaccination rates in the United States peaked earlier than experts hoped—then, rather than crescendoing into the summer months, began trending downward—are myths that took hold among the unvaccinated and solidified as their reasons not to get the shots. The vaccine will make women sterile; the vaccines are too new; the shots have a microchip in them; the vaccine itself will give me COVID; I’m immune because I had COVID; breakthrough cases prove vaccines are useless.

There are more. And none of them are true.

I think my favorite one is the microchip. Hello? Do you have a phone? What about a social security number? You're able to be tracked. Nobody needs to put a microchip in you.
