Hot Sauces - Your "Desert Island" favorite?
Over the decades I've tried tens of different mexican style hot sauce brands and we keep at least eight types on our fridge door at all times.
However, my general go-to sauce and Desert Island fav would have to be Tapatio.
How about you guys?
Others that rotate in & out of our fridge:
Cholula: Reg., Chipotle, Sweet Habanero (fav) varieties.
El Yucateco: Green and Red (yummy, but funky preservatives though)
Pain Is Good (no it's not, waaaaay too hot)
Melindas, Reg.
Pico Pica: Hot and Taco sauces
Dancin' Skeleton
Tabasco Reg.
Mezetta Taco (red)
La Victoria Green
No longer buy:
Frank's Red Hot
Crystal
and a bunch of others
Trump will rat-out those Congressmen below him to save his own ass.
When the DOJ has the evidence as provided by the J6 Committee, state's D.A.s and in the DOJ's own investigations, they will go after Trump and watch The Donald will SING LIKE A BIRD handing the DOJ the keys to prosecuting Jim Jordan, MTG, Boebert, Perry and a whole host of treasonous Republicans.
TFG will plea for less prison time.
He's just too big of a coward.
No, we are not faced with a killer 'NeoCov' virus now; here's why
News of the emergence of a new type of coronavirus, with the potential to kill one of every three infected people, has been circulating on the internet for the last couple of days. It is being claimed that this new virus, called NeoCov, was discovered in South Africa amongst bats and it could possibly enter human cells. The news reports are apparently based on a Chinese research paper that is yet to be peer-reviewed.
However, there is little connection between the paper and the inferences that have been drawn in the news reports. Totally blown out of proportion, as one scientist put it.
A NeoCov virus does indeed exist, and it was indeed found in the bat population in South Africa some time ago. It is supposed to have very close resemblance to the coronavirus that caused the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) in 2012.
In their study, the Chinese researchers found that the bat receptors used by the NeoCoV were similar to the one that is used by SARS-CoV2 for infecting human beings. Rest everything is an extrapolation from here.
NeoCov demystified: 1. NeoCov is an old virus closely related to MERS Cov which enter cells via DPP4 receptors 2. Whats new: NeoCov can use ACE2 receptors of bats but they cant use human ACE2 receptor unless a new mutation occurs. Everything else is hype, Dr Shashank Joshi, member of Maharashtra State Covid-19 Task Force and chair of International Diabetes Federation, said in a tweet.

Out-of-control rocket stage is tumbling toward Earth
Source: CNN
(CNN)Space experts are tracking a Russian rocket part that is set to make an uncontrolled reentry into Earth's atmosphere within the next 24 hours. The Angara-A5 heavy-lift rocket was launched from the Plesetsk spaceport in Russia's northwestern Arkhangelsk region on Monday, December 27. The launch was testing a new upper rocket stage, known as the Persei booster, according to the state-run TAS news agency.
Risk level
While it was highly unlikely that it would cause damage or hurt anyone, "the risk is real and cannot be ignored," he said.
In May 2021, NASA lambasted China for its failure to "meet responsible standards" after debris from an out-of-control rocket used to launch China's space station plunged into the Indian Ocean.
Original intentions
He added that the Russian rocket stage was not intended to reenter the Earth's atmosphere in this way.
"It was meant to end up in an orbit where it would stay for many thousands of years. The rocket failed to restart. The Chinese stage reentry was by DESIGN, they deliberately left it in a low orbit."
He said the rocket stage would reenter between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. ET Wednesday.
Russia's space agency Roscosmos told CNN the launch was operated by the Russian Ministry of Defence, which did not immediately respond to an emailed request for comment.

ooooh aaaahhh we're all gonna die!!
I was put in a time capsule in 1955. Just opened up and got out last week.
I tell ya, the future ain't what it used to be!
This new world is like a mixture of the worst things from my past added to new even worse things:
Viral pandemic is growing.
Minorities are still struggling.
Women are still struggling.
Too much of our budget is going to the D.O.D.
Income taxes on the wealthy are lower than ever, debt is higher than ever.
Education is still hard to come by.
Lowest wages are even lower.
Can no longer buy a house if you work at a local furniture store.
Gas is still highly subsidized and too cheap.
The Klan is now militarized and with no need to hide under masks and robes.
Vets are treated even worse.
School teachers are now a hated class of people.
Monopolies are in complete control of financial markets.
Only the wealthiest have no reason to worry.
Media is worse and dividing families even more.
Can't believe we failed to see the climate change issue coming.
So, what happened to the Republican Party?
California governor says he will use legal tactics of Texas abortion ban to implement gun control
(CNN) California Gov. Gavin Newsom expressed his "outrage" Saturday at a Supreme Court decision to allow the Texas six-week abortion ban to remain in effect and said he would use similar legal tactics to tackle gun control in his state.
"I am outraged by yesterday's US Supreme Court decision allowing Texas's ban on most abortion services to remain in place, and largely endorsing Texas's scheme to insulate its law from the fundamental protections of Roe v. Wade," Newsom said in a statement.
"But if states can now shield their laws from review by the federal courts that compare assault weapons to Swiss Army knives, then California will use that authority to protect people's lives, where Texas used it to put women in harm's way," the statement continued.
In light of the Supreme Court's decision, Newsom said he directed his staff to draft a bill that would allow private citizens to seek injunctive relief "against anyone who manufactures, distributes, or sells an assault weapon or ghost gun kit or parts in the State of California."
The bill would also provide for statutory damages of at least $10,000 in addition to attorney's fees, the governor's statement said.
"If the most efficient way to keep these devastating weapons off our streets is to add the threat of private lawsuits, we should do just that," Newsom said.
