Meat Loaf was ‘seriously ill’ with COVID days before his death: report

He replied: "Oh, I’m scared to death! You kidding me? But I'm sorry, I understood stopping life for a little while, but they cannot continue to stop life because of politics. And right now they're stopping because of politics.

The Georgia election law

In any discussion on the law one should use this argument. It is easily understandable and can be used at any time. The original absentee ballot law was passed in 2006 by the republican legislature. It was put in because they perceived it was an advantage to themselves.
Verification was through signature match. In fourteen years you never heard as single peep out of the republican legislature about a compromised process. In 2020 Democrats saw the absentee ballot as a way to make it easy to vote because of Covid. We worked very hard to use the law. If your signature didn't match the county sent out a message that you had to come in and verify your signature and this happened to my son.
We outworked them and they had a hissy fit. In retaliation they implemented "picture ID". Go through that process. It is an all day encounter to go to the DMV to get a picture ID. You will need a ride back and forth. Then once you get the ID now you have to photocopy it. That is a second trip to the copy center as most poor houses don't have a scanner/printer at home. This is a second cost. Then you have to either mail in the ballot(cost) or drive to a drop box. I used to have a drop box one mile from me. Now it is a a 10 mile drive one way. That is another trip to vote.

Now the legislature has just introduced a law to eliminate all drop boxes.

Finally, Greenbriar mall(Black area) the average time to vote is 6 hours and on the white NE part of Atlanta it is 10 minutes to vote.

This doesn't even include the politically motivated board( white) oversees Fulton County( black) election board.
