Across the Desk - S5:E18 (SQ 820 - The End of Prohibition in Oklahoma?)

This week Kit talks about the effort that just started about a week ago to collect 95,000 signatures to put legalizing marijuana through state statute for anyone over 21 regardless of medical condition on the Oklahoma ballot. There are two other state questions about legalizing medical marijuana, but they haven't been approved and both would change the state Constitution. Which would require 190,000 signatures to appear on the ballot, once the language and gist is approved after the challenge to it.

But their are challenges to those state questions that will need to be satisfied before they can have the go ahead to collect signatures.
