try to protect themselves from the investigations. The snowball effect. A snowball that will turn into avalanche of indictments.
Time will tell if I am right.
Just a reminder, Bannon is going to trial for his fake build the wall scheme in NY.
Bannon was busted by the feds for this scheme. Trump pardoned him. When Bannon was arrested by the FBI they arrested him on the yacht of a Chinese billionaire. Milos Guo, the Chinese billionaire who was just busted.
Bannons days of freedom are numbered. To all my fellow DU members. Over the next couple of years we are going to be very happy people. If you sit back and look at everything that is happening you can see justice is closing in on the entire Trump criminal conspiracy, enterprise.
The Trump era is going to end with many indictments, trials, and convictions. We are about to witness history. What we are about to witness has never happened before in our history.
No one here on DU is on the run. Biden, the Democrats are not on the run. The only people on the the run is Trump, his corrupt enablers, his fellow coup plotters. All the investigations are moving forward. We learn about more investigations taking place that we did not know about. We hear about new people being indicted.
Justice takes time in America, but when it comes, it is a Bitch.
Trump blames Pence for J6, the gall of this fucking asshole really pisses me off.
They were just talking about this on MSNBC. Trump mocks all of us, the entire country, our democracy, our entire justice system.
He must be indicted, convicted and imprisoned. Lets all of us wish Garland, Smith, Willis, Bragg, the best of luck. When Trump is brought to justice I am going to celebrate like its the 4th of July.
Trumps deranged brain is going to come apart at the seams when all the indictments hit.
Trump is on video attacking all the prosecutors. He is scared. He is insulting Jack Smith and his wife. He is calling Bragg and Willis racists. He is talking to his base when he does this and his base cannot save him. He is clearly desperate.
Once all the indictments hit and Trump is cornered, his narcissist, deranged, brain will be on full display. When all the indictments hit Trump will know he is in serious trouble. He is going to lose it. He will become more desperate, he will make more mistakes, he will make things worse for himself. This is what happens to textbook narcissists when they are cornered. Hide the ketchup.
The remaining years of Trumps life are not going to be happy ones for Traitor Trump.
Fuck Trump and Fuck the Trump voters. It is time for the bizarre Trump era to come to end. I believe we are witnessing the beginning of the end of the Trump era.
Fox is in deep shit. It was not hard to figure out more lawsuits would follow.
They lied about everyone and everything. It looks like Smartmatic may now follow with a major lawsuit.
I may be completely wrong, but I am one of the few people that has mentioned this.
Bragg may be bringing forth charges that nobody on the news is talking about. The news media, experts, are focused on falsifying business records, a misdemeanor in NY. Which they might attempt to charge as a felony. Never been attempted before.
Bragg may have found something else, evidence of another crime, to charge Trump with.
An indictment by Bragg may be more powerful than the charges themselves.
I do not know what Bragg is going to charge Trump with. It may not be enough to send Trump to prison. Who knows?
When Bragg indicts Trump it will set precedent forever. A former president can be indicted. It will forever end the debate, can a former president be indicted. No one will be able to say again, we don't hold people at the top, former presidents, accountable
It will also prove, Garland, Smith, Willis, can follow with indictments against a former president. Much more serious indictments.
A Bragg indictment will be historic.
One day people will understand why I call the attempted coup the Coup of Fools.
Recent events and statements have in my opinion ended the, Will there be indictment debates.
The lead juror in the special grand jury in Georgia who spoke out said this. They recommended over a dozen indictments. She also said some people were granted immunity, one was granted immunity on the spot. Willis has made it all but official she is going to indict people. People who are granted immunity testify and tell all or they go to jail. People turned in the Georgia investigation.
Bragg in the NY investigation is about to indict Trump. Bragg has put his career on the line by reopening the investigation.
While Trump was president he surrounded himself with dozens and dozens of corrupt IDIOTS because they were loyal. Many of them committed crimes because they thought Trump would remain in power and protect them. Some we remain loyal to Trump no matter what. People like Stone and Flynn. Many of Trumps corrupt idiots will not remain loyal when they face possible persecutions. They will save themselves.
In the massive DOJ investigation Garland and Smith are investigating over a hundred people who led, were part of the attempted Coup of Fools. Like the Georgia investigation, but at a much larger scale, people will be granted immunity, they will turn, testify, in order to save themselves. Like in Georgia, I bet it has already happened. After people are indicted, more will turn in order to save themselves.
Trump involved far too many stupid people in his foolish attempt to overthrow our election. The evidence is overwhelming and many people are going to turn in order to save them themselves from the stupid, foolish, crimes they committed. We are about to witness history and many people are going to go on trial. The moment Trump sent the crowd to the capitol the coup plotters were doomed.
When Garland and Smith bring the hammer down it is going to be historic. I would rather hear Schiff say something like that instead of appearing on the news every month saying, justice delayed is justice denied.
Cohen has met with prosecutors 20 times to talk about hush money payments to Daniels??
That seems like a lot of meetings just for hush money payments, just saying.
A possible, logical, explanation why Garland did not reopen old investigations into Trump.
When Obama became president he did not want to go back and investigate the crimes of the Bush administration. Obama wanted to look ahead, move forward. He wanted to focus on the task and problems at hand. Banking crisis, economic crisis, Obamacare, etc, no easy task. Many people did not agree with Obama. They wanted Bush investigated for war crimes, torture, etc. They wanted bankers, people on wall street investigated.
When Garland took office he had to repair the damage to the DOJ which was severe. Trump and Barr had corrupted and politicized the DOJ. Garland had to do this while dealing with an attack on the Capital, attempted overthrow of our country and all the other investigations the DOJ deals with around the country and around the world. No easy task.
Garland may have decided to deal with the tasks, problems, investigations at hand. He wanted to move forward, look ahead. He may have not wanted to reopen old investigations for the same reason Obama did not want to. Many people may not agree with this. They may believe Garland should go back and investigate all the crimes Trump committed in the past. It is easy for people on the outside to say Obama, Garland should have done this or that. It's not so easy for the people who actually have to do it.
This may be the reason Garland did not go back and reopen the Mueller investigation, individual 1 investigation, etc.
