Rev Al said that Dems have to begin to deal with what impacts voters on the ground and deal with their every day needs.

My question to all the panelists: How are Dems not trying to deal with bread and butter issues? And, how are Republicans dealing with bread and butter issues?

Do people really know history at all? Which party delivered major legislation that dealt with all the bread and butter issues over history... Social Security, Medicare, the TVA? What have the Republicans done for working men and women except to lower taxes for the wealthy and excuse and cover for all kinds of law-breaking and corruption? WTF is wrong with people?

I hate this trip to Saudi Arabia.

Wasn't Trump still President on January 6 2021? Weren't his minions in charge of security? Wasn't Pence giving orders to the national Guard? I recall that there were messages about the conflict of giving orders to National Guard. Since it was the Capitol, aren't DC police under the direction of Federal officials? Don't DC police have to wait for orders or requests from the Feds before marching on the Capitol? Certainly the military are under the direction of the administration in power. Also so are Capitol Police under the authority of the leadership of the administration still in office?

There are many embeds still there. Garland is the AG but he is one person. It take a devoted village to do the proper investigations the the Trump insurrection calls for. I do not think that AG Garland is being served well by the FBI and the rest of the DOJ because of some layover Trumpers. I've said this early on that Garland's first act as AG was to weed out all the Trump appointees and supporters. It is a remarkable thing that one deranged individual holds so much sway over so many government employees throughout all the Executive agencies.

A lo of hardline Trumpers reside in rural and small town areas that only get FOX

Surely there must be some honest, patriotic journalists out in those areas that will give the local newspapers the real scoop from the J6 hearings. Just one conversation at the local bar with truth and facts would stoke the interest.
