Hi Everyone! Long time lurker, first time member! Decided the 2024 election is too important, I'm in an important swing state and we must DEFEAT MAGA AT ALL COSTS! Have always loved seeing all the like-minded people here on DU and hope to finally contribute. I'm a late-middle-age person, with a science degree from a uni in CA, and I've mostly worked doing computer-related stuff. My first ever vote was for Bill, and I've *always* voted straight DEMOCRATIC TICKET my whole life. I strongly support The Environment, Wildlife Conservation, Civil Rights, Women's Rights, and LGBTQ+ rights, among other important issues. Let's WIN in 2024 ... we're NOT GOING BACK!
