Which is a remarkable thing, suggesting the President isn't mentally fit.

Joy on MSNBC, I think Chris Matthews on MSNBC, some pundits on tv have suggested this as a possibility.

Also, David Frum of The Atlantic, has referenced Trump's obvious mental health issues.
