Outstanding response and defense of the Dems who stayed seated. It NEEDED to be said. We must ALWAYS always respond to wrongheaded crap. Stuff like that should NEVER be left to stand, unrebutted.

Look at it this way: would the author of that offending letter have been critical of the CONS staying seated when a Democratic President (like Prestident Obama) had delivered the address? Very likely not.
