Literally no one in Donald Trump's cabinet or staff can be trusted to manage the drive-up window at a Dairy Queen, let alone perform the functions of their assigned jobs. None of them have any applicable experience or expertise. But Trump likes it that way. The ONLY thing he cares about is loyalty and kissing the ring.
