10. 25.4 was never intended to remove a bad president; that's what impeachment is for

25.4 was intended to remove a president who was incapacitated -- coma, stroke, etc.

it's not an accident that 25.4 isn't going to be the remedy for someone like donnie.


the problem is that money in politics and gerrymandering and the republican party have gotten so corrupt and have gained enough institutional control that congress's power of impeachment is now incapable of removing a bad president of the same party. well, at least, of the republican party.


if there's to be a solution, the best bet would be a constitutional amendment to allow for a no confidence vote somehow.
