4. Blankenship's parole officer is in Nevada.

Perhaps the parole officer is not paying much attention to a parolee that is thousands of miles away. Blankenship's parole expires at midnight on the day of the primary. I wish that Attorney General Morrisey would report Blankenship quickly!
