4. Yeah, it's confusing without having watched the show. I'll explain:

Red and +13 means men prefer Republicans over Democrats by a margin of 13 points. Teal and +2 means women prefer Democrats over Republicans by a margin of 2 points. Thus, the gender gap is 15.

And so on. Think of it as +13 and -2 (to get the gap of 15).

Joy's point was that the gap has grown considerably over what it was in the last 2 mid-term years.
