5. In 2008 she was a 75 year old double cancer survivor. She could have retired

at 77 -- older than most people retire -- and been replaced by a good judge who was young and healthy.

Instead, she's 85 now and we're all desperately hoping she outlives DT's/Pence's Presidency. I wish we weren't in that position.
